I came for the treatment of my halitosis . The doctor saw my nasal endoscopy report done by the GP and then he asked for the results of my HPylori test. The only thing which I would like to have is to get the next action plan as the doctor told me that we have to wait for the results. Should I book another appointment if the results come in negative

It is rare to find a consultant who combines such expertise with genuine kindness and reassurance. Dr Brookes made me feel safe, heard, and cared for at a time when I was in significant pain and distress. Mr Brookes came across as a very pleasant as well as knowledgeable doctor with an interest in his patients and a willingness to assist them in the best way he can. As this is a one stop service his is not an easy job. I do admire him for his patience.

Positive appt - Mr Brookes seemed knowledgeable and gave a potential diagnosis for my symptoms and a prescription for medication, though it is too early to say if this medication has been successful. I was told by the receptionist that I would receive a letter summarising the appt and the outcome that I could forward to my GP, but a week on and I still haven't received anything.
