My appointment was 40 minutes late but Dr Gerald was very apologetic. He was very patient, thorough and provided treatment plan with explanation. We had a very friendly chat and I felt very comfortable. The only one improvement I would suggest is for steriods treatment, a diet plan or do's and dont's list with possible common side effects could be extremely useful. The cost of going private is significant, this type of material will add value for money. I had to Google for 2 hours to figure out possible side-effects and foods to avoid.
very professional and polite
A pleasant and professional consultation experience. He shared and clearly explained his initial observations and provided a considered proposal for next step remedial medical care.
The advice given was excellent, and the waiting rooms comfortable, and the reception very good too. There was quite a lot of waiting around, which was not explained
As expected it was very good would definitely go see him again if i have to
