My appointment was 40 minutes late but Dr Gerald was very apologetic. He was very patient, thorough and provided treatment plan with explanation. We had a very friendly chat and I felt very comfortable. The only one improvement I would suggest is for steriods treatment, a diet plan or do's and dont's list with possible common side effects could be extremely useful. The cost of going private is significant, this type of material will add value for money. I had to Google for 2 hours to figure out possible side-effects and foods to avoid.
