Mr Gerald Brookes delivers excellent patient care, explaining everything clearly. He shows vast knowledge, conducts thorough examinations, and provides effective solutions for conditions such as ear problems, hearing loss, and tinnitus. Some patients mention concerns about waiting times, feeling rushed, and the cost of private appointments. Patients commonly seek Mr Brookes' expertise for ear infections, tinnitus, and various hearing difficulties.
Appreciated how knowledgeable Mr Brookes was, and also was pleased that it felt like he did a thorough clinical assessment on me. That said, I have to say I didn’t feel particularly listened to, and that was because it felt like he was in a major rush to get me out as quickly as possible. It felt like I had 5 seconds to respond to questions with zero time to consider them. I paid to go privately so I really could have a good chat with someone about my problems I have been having. A couple things that would have improved things further would have been introducing himself and asking me if I had any questions at the end.
Dr Brookes is a true Gentleman, very professional, clear and to the point. Will highly recommend him.
He is a lovely very human person. Made me feel at ease. Dealt with a difficult diagnosis to explain, and was realistic about my chances of recovery. Also light-hearted appropriately and did all he could to make me informed and comfortable.
Welcomed on arrival followed by successful meeting with the doctor
Pleased with my appointment at the clinic. A professional and friendly service. Would certainly use the clinic again. Pharmacy on site. Booking and payment was easy.
This was my second visit here, and I would highly recommend the clinic. Gerald is highly knowledgeable, and this is the second time I have seen him regarding my ear condition. I felt confident in his expertise and appreciated the care he provided. The appointment was professional, thorough, and informative. Gerald explained the findings clearly and demonstrated a high level of expertise, which gave me confidence in the care I received. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for an experienced ENT specialist.
A highly skilled ENT surgeon. Strongly recommended to every patient.
