Professional. Straightforward explanation and scans done quickly with clear demonstration of the matter. Very happy with outcome as I had a very negative two and a half years with the NHS.
I came for the treatment of my halitosis . The doctor saw my nasal endoscopy report done by the GP and then he asked for the results of my HPylori test. The only thing which I would like to have is to get the next action plan as the doctor told me that we have to wait for the results. Should I book another appointment if the results come in negative
The nurse was friendly and helpful. My only issue was the delays
After being let down by both my local GP and NHS 111 while suffering severe ear pain, seeing Dr Gerald Brookes was an enormous relief. From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely listened to and taken seriously for the first time throughout this whole ordeal. Dr Brookes was professional, compassionate, and incredibly thorough. He quickly diagnosed my ear infection and immediately started the treatment I desperately needed. What truly stood out to me was the level of care and attention he provided — not only treating the problem promptly, but also arranging to see me again just a couple of days later to ensure I was recovering well. It is rare to find a consultant who combines such expertise with genuine kindness and reassurance. Dr Brookes made me feel safe, heard, and cared for at a time when I was in significant pain and distress. I cannot thank him enough and would highly recommend Dr Gerald Brookes to anyone seeking outstanding ENT care on Harley Street.
Mr Brookes came across as a very pleasant as well as knowledgeable doctor with an interest in his patients and a willingness to assist them in the best way he can. As this is a one stop service his is not an easy job. I do admire him for his patience.
My recentvvisit was treated professionally and considered advice and medication given.
Positive appt - Mr Brookes seemed knowledgeable and gave a potential diagnosis for my symptoms and a prescription for medication, though it is too early to say if this medication has been successful. I was told by the receptionist that I would receive a letter summarising the appt and the outcome that I could forward to my GP, but a week on and I still haven't received anything.
A highly skilled ENT surgeon. Strongly recommended to every patient.
