Right from the beginning Mr Shalaby was very friendly, reassuring and patient. He carefully explained what would be involved in my operation and answered my questions fully. He also backed up this information by confirming it by letter, which was really appreciated, because it is easy to miss important information at a consultation. Immediately before the op, he was reassuring and saw me post op also. At follow up clinics, he took great care with his explanations on my progress and next steps. I felt involved in my care and knew exactly what to expect at the different stages of my recovery. I felt safe in his knowledge and great expertise and would definitely recommend him to anyone who has to undergo foot surgery. I found him very honest in questions in respect of my foot op and recovery. I have a similar op to undergo in the future on my other foot and will not feel as anxious this time, given the excellent care and attention I received from Mr Shalaby first time round.

Mr Gibson immediately put me at ease. He explained what he was proposing to do simply and extremely clearly and involved me in the decision making throughout my consultation with him. Mr Gibson outlined the risks and benefits of hip surgery and based on my meeting with him I would have no hesitation in recommending Mr Gibson to family or friends.

Mr Kelly answered all of my questions and made me feel at ease. The operation he performed on my foot has taken away the severe pain I was feeling and helped my walking. He explained what the operation entailed and pointed out the healing process.

From start to finish I have had a wonderful experience with Dr Hazarika handling my case. From the first consultation i was happy to hand over the treatment of my ankle reconstruction to him and now that I’m recovering there is nothing that I would change. Happy to highly recommend this surgeon.
