Waiting room experience could be a little more private. Instruction could perhaps be left with reception to send patient straight to x-ray on arrival, to save a little time

Excellent facilities at Albyn Hospital . Competent and professional staff . I did struggle to get in touch with the patient liaison team , left them several messages and two emails and no one came back to me.

My recent Endoscopy was straight forward, all members of the team provided excellent explanations, were reassuring and professional.

All the staff were very helpful from start to finish. I was kept informed at all stages and looked after very well after surgery. In particular, the nurse who looked after me through the night after my surgery was excellent. The hospital was clean, modern and had good facilities. The food was appetising and well presented.

The hospital was clean, fresh and inviting. The staff were so tentative and reassuring during my visits and made me feel at ease during my treatments. I couldn’t name one fault.
