From start to finish, Mr Kumar was fantastic as was all the other Albyn staff i encountered. I would certainly go to Mr Kumar again should the need arise.

Mr Kumar was the consummate professional in every aspect of my treatment. From initial consultation, surgery and post op assessment, I cannot praise or thank him enough. Very informative of all aspects of the procedure and highly reassuring.

I instantly felt at ease and reassured on my first consultation with Mr Kumar. He listened closely to all that I told him and he clearly outlined the options available to me including not to go ahead with surgery if I felt the benefits were marginal. At no time was there any pressure or hard sell to proceed with treatment. A follow up letter was issued summarizing all that was discussed with potential risks for me to consider in my own time. On the day of the operation Mr Kumar kept me fully informed of the procedure and visited personally to advise of a delay in getting in to the theatre due to previous ops over running. I was discharged on the same day and suffered minimum post op discomfort. Should I require surgery in the future Mr Kumar will be my go to surgeon

I have been absolutely delighted with Mr Kumar's professionalism & care throughout the entire journey, from initial consultation, through the operation, to final consultation & pathology review. Mr Kumar explained fully what the procedure would or could involve beforehand, ensured he had an up to date MRI scan immediately before the operation, came to see me and reassure me before the operation and very soon after the operation too, was happy for me to stay overnight due to the effects of anaesthesia and saw me again before I left in the morning. I also saw him the week after the operation prior to having a drain removed and a month after the operation for final review & pathology review. I would like to sincerely thank Mr Kumar for his treatment & care, removing a gallbladder which has bothered me for most of my life, and making what could have been a worrying time into quite an enjoyable experience! Mr Kumar explained everything so clearly and was pleased that I had made a full recovery. He also assured me that if there are any problems in the future I would always be able to contact him.

Mr Kumar has been brilliant at each stage of the process - pre op, on the day of the procedure and post op. He has explained things clearly and was happy to answer any and all questions I had. He really put me at ease about the procedure and it removed a lot of the stress as I felt I was in very safe hands.
