My experince with Mr Kumar and his team was very professional in both the information given to me at the pre and today post operation review along with the exelent care i received when i was in for my operation and the staff that cared for me over night and i would like to thank you to Mr Kumar and the staff at Albyn for their care.

Mr Kumar as usual is an amazing surgeon. I’m not sure I’ve met a physician who is so good at listening and has a gentle yet confident disposition.

I was very unsure initially about having surgery on my gallbladder. Previously I’d been told to live with it but discomfort was getting worse. After an initial consultation Mr Kumar laid out my options. His message was clear & I was in no way pressured into an immediate decision. Contra indications of operating procedures also explained clearly. Eventually on advice from my own family, a suitable date was found and I went ahead. Mr Kumar & his team were kind & professional. The op went ahead & I stayed overnight. The care by all was excellent. After 2- 3 uncomfortable days at home I then healed very quickly. No problem from wound site at all and little evidence of having had an op. I m happy to say weeks later that I’m completely healed and eating a normal diet again. As far as I can see it’s a fantastic result . So thank you very much Mr Kumar & team.

I found Mr Kumar to be extremely knowledgeable, professional in approach at the same time being incredibly compassionate. From start to finish I felt well looked after and end result is a successful hernia repair and a very happy patient!
