I have used the Albyn several times and have nothing but praise for it and the staff.

The appointments leading up the the visit was nice and the staff were great. The staff on the operation day were so friendly and reassuring which is nice especially when you are having to attend operations without family just now due to Covid. Unfortunately I do feel that the main reception staff at the hospital administration could do with a refresher course on dealing with people, especiall to spot when people with anxiety are in front of them. The lady that seen me was very sharp and patronising, which did not reflect the rest of experience that I had with Albyn hospital. I do understand that we are living in strange times and that things have to be done differently, but kindness and manners cost nothing.
