He explained everything incredibly well and did not make me panic about the issue within my ear. Was very professional and really listen to everything I had to say. He provided multiple options and routes that I could take to aid in my recovery and made sure I understood that I could consider all the options before making big decisions. He made me feel at ease and I know that if i have an issue in the future I’d 100% just go to him.

Mr Brewis thoroughly and effectively diagnosed my outer ear problems and together with his able assistant successfully and painlessly removed excess wax thereby restoring my hearing and ability to use my hearing aids. He went on arrange me with another appointment to a therapist with extensive expertise in the diagnosis and treatment of my inner ear balance and dizziness. For the sake of completness he also arranged an MRI scan and clearly discussed the results with me by telephone.

Polite, professional and helpful with a good sense of humour. Obviously has a good memory too (remembered my daughter from her own consultations a while back :-))

Listens, doesn't interupt. Professional polite manner with a human touch. Doesn't rush, gives opinions/advice and leaves choices with the patient after forming an all inclusive assessment from diagnostics taken and patient conversation.

Very thorough and communicative throughout the entire consultation.
