Very professional and made to feel at ease

I found the receptionists very professional and very helpful. The environment and atmosphere was good. It was very busy but well organised.

I have only attended appointments online, so cannot comment on the facilities, but the service has been excellent. My Psychiatrist Dr Walsh and my therapist Emily Fletcher have been exceptional and I cannot praise them highly enough. Thank you to both of them for their support and encouragement.

Cleveland Clinic is modern, clean & efficiently run. All the staff were very professional & very caring. Even the food was very good!
