I cannot speak highly enough of All Points North's addiction course. This program has been nothing short of life-changing for me. Very unprofessional dealing with vulnerable patients, I have had a very bad experience with alternaleaf over the course of 1 year to then be told my medical records are no good and get discharged. FYI I'm a registered cannabis patient in the UK but they are still giving me a hard time and not accepting to coorect the errors in my case! Do jog use these people unless there is no other option

I came to CATCH after struggling with addiction problems for many years. The 28 day rehab programme was truly life-changing. The compassionate therapists and supportive community provided the caring environment I needed to face my addiction head-on and develop healthier coping skills. I'm more than six months clean and sober now and things are getting better all the time.

Waiting room needs more seating to accommodate people especially when appointments are running late.

From reception to nursing staff to physio to consultant - all were patient, kind and professional.

I felt things were very disjointed. Daytime nurses were great and very helpful they’d top my water up and check I was comfortable however, the night staff wasn’t great with checking my comfort or pain relief, they were doing blood pressure etc checks but not asking how i felt or how my pain was, I asked for pain relief and was questioned where my pain was - I’d had a hysteractomy so clearly in pain, I was eventually given pain relief namely paracetamol at around 4am and hadn’t had anything since early evening after surgery. I paid private and my expectations of more hands on care during the night was not fulfilled at all. I should not have been in a position where I had to ask a few times for pain relief at night. I ordered a meal for the first evening to then be told I would be on a clear liquid diet for a few days. I ordered soup for my last meal as surgeon said clear/soft foods for a few days to then be told by a nurse I need a meal to gain my strength back so when I say disjointed it didn’t seem all staff were singing off the same hymn sheet and this left me confused in that do I listen to surgeon or a nurse. I’m Still on soft foods and choose to take surgeons advice. Given I paid privately, the only perk I felt with this was my own room. I didn’t sleep much because my door was kept opened at all times and I was opposite the main desk so it was very noisy even during early hours. My husband was told to ask for a hot drink if he wanted one and he had to then remind each time upon which he was brought tea not coffee so it had to be changed. He waited two hours for his cup of coffee. I actually couldn’t wait to leave as didn’t feel I had the level of care at night that I paid for overall. Surgeon was a very lovely man and I was very pleased with him and also the anaesthetist was great.

Staff were friendly and kept us updated on waiting times.
