This was my first visit for a consult, it was as good as I could hope for.
The consultants are excellent, and appointments are usually well organised and on time. Unfortunately, the overall private patient experience did not match the standard of the medical care. The waiting areas for blood tests and scans are often overcrowded with very limited seating, and delays are common. The Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) service was the most disappointing part of my experience due to poor communication and a lack of coordination. Considering the cost of private care, I expected a much higher standard of service.

Excellent service friendly and efficient My consultant took his time explained everything in detail I would highly recommend
The consultants are excellent both in terms if knowledge and attitude. The nursing team needs massive improvement though specially my experience with day unit team was pathetic. I regretted moving my treatment here from my local hospital.
The Royal Marsden consistently offered highly considerate care, exceptional standards and outstanding expertise throughout every step of my patient journey. I have felt in the safest and kindest of hands with full trust in the highest quality clinical guidance and outcomes.
Lovely environment to attend when dealing with a difficult situation. All of the staff very kind and friendly.
