The staff were very helpful, particularly Chanel (or Chantelle) who was especially helpful when i needed to send photos to Dr Battisi's secretary.
Dr Angela George the consultant in oncogenetics is extremely thorough and understanding. She explained the process of genetic testing and the implications very well and I felt confident that I made the right decision for my family following my cancer treatment. Phlebotomy staff also extremely efficient, kind and helpful.
The door sign wasn’t clear we went to wrong building. Mostly good.
We had a terrible experience with a CNS at the Cavendish. We were deeply upset to learn that inaccurate information about our behaviour had been communicated to our consultant. We found this extremely insulting and felt that our dignity and respect as patients had been undermined. We had never met or spoken to this nurse and do not understand why such negative information about us was communicated to our consultant. We are still awaiting a detailed explanation from the hospital or our consultant and hope that the circumstances will be properly clarified.
Terrible services. Definitely far below private services standard.
My visit was very professional on time and unstressful. I had a smear test which was conducted easily without pain.
Very poor administration and billing experience. Charges are not clearly itemised, and despite multiple calls to the billing and secretary teams over the past month regarding a billing classification issue, it still has not been resolved. The medical team has also confirmed that they will not provide the documentation required by my insurer. Overall, the administration and billing process has been very frustrating.
He have a good communication skills humble, respect , sweet with the patient so all good
Thank you for your kind words, best wishes Gwen
