Cleveland was beyond expectation, my pre op care was so clear and tailored to me during my stay i was looked after my a amazing team from cleaners nurses , doctors , catering , every aspect of care was geared to getting me better quicker and with minimal faff ,

I was absolutely blown away by my experience at Cleveland London. I would recommend the hospital 100%. I recieved consultations, tests, scans, surgery, and after care. Every visit went smoothly, I was treated with dignity and respect throughout. The staff are friendly and seem very happy to be working there, the place is very clean, with excellent facilties. To me, Cleveland is what health care should be like, and I'm delighted to have been cared for there. From the porters on the door, to the nurses, doctors and receptionists every interaction was excellent. The online MyChart feature was also a big highlight for me as it made it very easy to manage my appointments, documents, and it was possible to ask consultants non-urgent questions in between appointments. Thank you Cleveland!
