Always very good

Friendly helpful very clean only complaint was the waiting time. My appointment was 2.30pm and I wasn't seen until 5.30. Making a long wait as I had a 1hour journey home not getting back until 8.oo pm

A little difficult to find but beautifully presented when you do! Worlds apart from anything you would ever find through our "beloved" NHS :-)

Clean and bright

The hospital was very good, the room was nice and the staff could not do enough for you. I felt very well looked after. Whenever I have had an appointment they are on time.

From the welcome at reception to the team of each procedure (scans, blood tests), the team were professional, kind and welcoming.

Parking was a little challenging as there were insufficient parking spaces but thankfully we arrived arrived - the staff were very friendly. It could be signposted better and better waiting area with toys perhaps rather than a sterile, narrow corridor.
