Mr Osmani was very good in explaining the procedure and provided plenty of information and asked lots of questions prior to the procedure to ensure that it all went smooth. I cannot fault any part of my experience from the excellent initial consultation to the removal of my skin lesions to the follow up consultation after my minor surgery. All was explained carefully at the initial visit when surgery was recommended and at the procedure appointment and during the treatment. At the follow up future care of the scars was advised. Hence my all round 5 star rating.
