Richard was extremely thorough and answered all my questions. He genuinely cares about helping the patient and made lots of suggestions to improve the body as a whole, and didn't solely focus on migraines. He is very empathetic and I felt very comfortable with him. He made the procedures as painless as possible.

Dr Pardeep is not just a great doctor but a super human being also. He is extremely patient to listen to your minute details of problem and issue you are facing. You feel extremly comfortable to discuss your issue, you will not feel like you are judged. He do a lot of research on your issue and come up with theoretical and practical approach to cater it. His communication is excellent, i feel so motivated and confident after my sessions with Dr Pardeep.

Dr Kaur was very warm, kind and took the time to understand my problem. I would definitely return to her clinic and appreciate her advice and solutions.

Melita is a fabulous Doctor and human. She connects with our son (2-year-old with Achondroplasia) and understands our concerns and needs. Dr Ruth Whitby impressed me with her enthusiasm when I first got introduced to her. She has always been thorough in examining me, takes time to explain my health status and test results and what recommendations see's making to make me well. My wife and I are very comfortable with her and are free in discussing our health issues with her without feeling any form of ill treatment. She obviously has good experience in dealing with multi cultural and multi racial persons.

Dr. Barshall cares and takes her time and knowledge to understand medical issues. Her referrals to specialists are spot on as is her diagnosis. What more can a patient ask for?

I have reflected a lot on the difficult few years that we have had with our daughter (thankfully now well on the road to a full recovery). During that time, out of everyone that supported her, Dr. Mistry had the most positive impact. From the first meeting when he called out her eating disorder (a huge relief to me after fighting for the previous 6 months to get her help), his clear recommendation of inpatient care, his attention and care during her time in hospital and eventually her discharge to day support. I trusted Dr. Mistry fully from Day 1; he was always clear, professional, direct (but with compassion), entirely patient-centred and extremely responsive in terms of communication. When we were at sea, living in terror, his support and guidance were invaluable. I count ourselves very lucky to have found Dr. Mistry at that time of crisis. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

I originally got in touch with Carys to help with my energy levels, stress and anxiety. I had had Glandular Fever, and still felt I wasn’t fully back to myself after more than a year, trying to cover and find balance in life whilst being a teacher was difficult. Before I even met Carys, I had a chat with her on the phone, she spent a long time listening about my past and she spoke a bit about her experience and how she got into acupuncture. I already felt so comfortable and was looking forward to meeting her. The sessions did not disappoint, I had never had acupuncture before, and this started to make a real difference to my energy levels. I started seeing Carys regularly. Carys is an expert in fertility and given my age and the fact that I knew at some point I wanted children, she suggested I go to a blood test to check my ovarian reserves. The results were not what I hoped, and were very low but Carys was a huge support and was positive about next steps. She immediately came round and discussed options. I completely trust Carys experience and expertise and we decided to immediately start to try naturally with acumpunture instead of going straight for IVF. Six months later, with regular sessions, helping my body find balance, energy and calm I found out I am pregnant! And I truly believe, in fact I know, it would not have happened without Carys. I will forever be thankful! I want to make it clear that Carys sessions are not just about acupuncture, she is very understanding, empathetic and calm. She has helped me emotionally and always asks about how I am/what’s been going on, so she can tailor the sessions to my needs. She can also tell a lot about this without me talking and just reading my pulses! Without being able to help emotionally, I know I would not be in this position. I would highly recommend Carys, you will not regret it!
