Excellent, very warm and welcoming and ensured I was looked after the entire time

Comfortable room, very attentive and kind staff and the food was good!

Staff were welcoming and made me feel at ease. Lissy gave me reassurance and listened to my concerns and worries. She was extremely kind and patient, especially since I have a phobia of needles. Dawn made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure and made me feel like I was in safe hands.

The receptionist at The Manor was very pleasant and helpful. Parking was very nearly an issue, despite the early morning appointment and it’s a nightmare for larger vehicles. The hospital itself seems clean, decor a little dowdy - very crowded.

My over all experienced with Harley Medical Group has been excellent from pre-assessment until I had my surgery. They are very accomodating in terms of appointment changes. The nurses are excellent and very reassuring. The place itself is very good in terms of cleanliness and facilities.
