Cold staff member upon entry to ward showing me to room, and then just left. Would have liked more time here. Nurse pre and post op lovely. Theatre staff chirpy. Anaesthesiologist great.

Really happy with my treatment received by Anna Marie and the follow up last week. The results are amazing. Really great clinic I have been elsewhere once but would not go anywhere else now.

From the moment I had my initial first consultation with Mr Sheehan to my Cataract surgery with Mr El-Ashry the professionalism in making me at ease was second to none, I was by far not the easiest of patients to due a extremely sensitive right eye to artificial light but they had the patience to make things more bearable. After 8 weeks I had a minor complication but the aftercare was perfect too and my eye now sees 20 20 for the first time in my life, totally life changing as I can now play sport with no need for glasses!!

Generally very good care treatments however at times some things gave the feeling of being rushed nothing you could put your finger on, just a feeling.

I had never been to Bath Clinic before and was greeted kindly and professionally by the reception staff who explained everything perfectly. The building was immaculate, and my appointment was exactly on time. Thank you!
