Very pleasant and clean.

First class service. The GP service has been excellent ( Dr Mistry) .Time is taken to really understand the issues, sort out the required tests and prioritise a plan of action. Follow up actions, including calls and appointments have always been prompt and comprehensive. You really do feel like they are on your side and supporting you at all times. We recently had a follow up call on a bank holiday Monday, whilst my daughter was still in hospital following an emergency admission. They phoned to check how she was, and were able to provide further advice based on the circumstances. We were even sent a summary of the points discussed in an email immediately. Before using OSD, I probably underestimated the role of a commited GP. My experience with OSD has 100% changed my view. I can’t recommend the OSD GP service enough.

Competent, friendly and efficient - once we managed to schedule the appointments they worked like a clockwork and all staff were first class.

Excellent facilities with, I believe, the most modern diagnostic equipment and pleasant, knowledgeable staff. Couldn’t ask for more!

Very helpful advice from dietitian, has really helped me with IBS & gut issues. For that reason I would definitely recommend the Gut Health Clinic. Take notes at appointment as you are given advice to immediately act on, but follow up letter is sent 7-8 days after appointment. So, you don’t want to wait around for a week without acting on advice. Booking an appointment and invoices are sent immediately and promptly. If you email with a question for help with your programme, be prepared as it may take 2-3 weeks to get a reply. They are very busy and see lots of people. It may be a good idea to summarise in each follow up meeting, to remind dietician of what you have agreed and where you are with everything. All in all a positive experience, the information, guidance and support I have received from my dietitian has been excellent.
