I have been treated by Professor Branley since 2020 and have always found him really pleasant and through in his approach. He is very detailed in conducting the investigation for the presented symptoms and explaining it. I would highly recommend him.

I find Dr Jose to be an excellent listener and consummate professional when handling my respiratory issues. In my opinion Dr Jose truly treats the patient in a holistic manner, the first time I saw Dr Jose I was coming off a bad flu experience with subsequent chest infection that eventually led to a long Covid diagnosis. Dr Jose guided me through all investigations and I found he always made time to respond to any queries I had especially during that particular period of time that I believe was the sickest I had ever felt. I credit Dr Jose in guiding me in my recovery which has taken quite some time. I recently returned to see him for a minor chest infection and would recommend him to anyone who needs a chest specialist.

Peter George is an amazing doctor who has helped me immensely with the treatment of long COVID. Peter always made me feel comfortable, is extremely competent, explained things excellently and referred me onto other specialists where required. I would highly recommend him to others and have done so.

Importantly I was contacted by Dr Harsha Kariyawasam and Mr. Simon Gane throughout my treatment updating me and enquiring how I was. The London Nose & Sinus Clinic team provided a first class service and restored my sense of smell, taste and feeling 100% well. Thank you!

Dr Olga has been amazing! We were not taken seriously by our local GP in respect of concerns about our 4 year old. We found Dr Olga and visited her for a consultation. She has been so reassuring and carried out a thorough examination of our son. She made the appropriate referrals as necessary. Our son is thriving and a lot of it is down to Dr Olga carrying out the necessary investigations and helping us through various processes and procedures. She has been proactive and I would not hesitate to recommend her. Dr Olga has a wonderful bedside manner with children and made both my son and myself feel at ease.

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction and concern regarding the level of professionalism displayed by Dr. Saturn Singhai during an appointment with my mother on 26/04/2024, scheduled for 18:50 at Medici medical center Luton. Firstly, the appointment was significantly delayed without prior notification, as Dr attended to my mother at 19:40, despite the evident lack of patient backlog at the time. It was observed that Dr.Satyen Singhai spent a considerable amount of time engaging in non-urgent conversations with the reception staff and even making coffee during what should have been allocated patient time. Moreover, during the examination, Dr. Satyen Singhai was unprepared to conduct a basic checkup; he had forgotten his stethoscope and had to retrieve it from his car. This not only further delayed the appointment but also disrupted the continuity and seriousness of the medical examination, contributing to an environment of carelessness. Furthermore, the management of my mother's prescription was grossly mishandled. Dr. Satyen Singhai prescribed antibiotics and informed us that the prescription would be sent to a pharmacy that was supposedly open 24 hours. Unfortunately, this information proved inaccurate as the pharmacy in question does not operate over the weekend. This oversight has resulted in a critical delay in beginning my mother’s treatment, as she is unable to access her medication until Monday. Such misinformation is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the operational standards of your medical staff. The culmination of these issues—significant delays, lack of preparedness, and misinformation—suggests a disturbing lack of professionalism and regard for patient care and time by Dr. Satyen Singhai. I trust that this is not indicative of the standard practices at your institution, and I urge you to address these issues promptly to prevent future occurrences. I expect a formal acknowledgment of this complaint and to be informed of the measures taken to ensure improved professional conduct and service delivery. Thank you for your attention to this serious matter.
