Dr Kasem is his Nursing team are the best. Most of the reception staff were great, unfortunately the 1st receptionist I did encounter, was not so friendly and when you are well, this is not very nice and leaves a lasting impression. Whilst I was waiting and saw nurses they were all friendly, polite and professional.

Lovely staff, very well cared for

I was feeling very anxious on my visit due to a sudden health scare..All the staff I encountered, from reception onwards , were calm and approachable, which helped to reassure me and also my daughter, who accompanied me. I’m very grateful for the experience I had with OSD. Thank you

The hospital was good. Can get very busy so pharmacy and waiting area can take a while

This was a comfortable and efficient environment . I was treated politely, warmly, and professionally. I know its a private hospital and that I was a referral from the NHS but it was so nice to be in a place where people smile when they look up at you rather than visualise you as part of the problem. The NHS could learn a lot from the basics of nursing in this way.. Thanks
