Mr Hickley was very pleasant and friendly, he thoroughly examined my eyes and explained the diagnosis to me. He then gave me options on what to do next.

Dr Erel was the second dr I had a consultation with when going for my chin lipo. When I met Dr Erel I felt so much more at ease than the other dr I spoke to from another team in central london. I knew I was in the right place. I am now 6 weeks post op and I do not regret my decision. Dr Erel was very transparent with the procedure and told me not to worry as he would make sure I am not scared during the procedure. During the procedure Dr Erel and his team had some background music playing and Dr Erel even sang a few lyrics, all of this helped towards making sure I was not anxious and it truly worked. I am happy with my results and I can see the difference, however it is not a crazy difference where people have noticed, rather it is a subtle change which had greatly enhanced my confidence. The nurses were also very kind and supportive during my short stay. I felt very cared for. The receptionist are also always easy to get ahold of and dedicated a lot of time to any queries I had.

On each occasion Mr Kamalarajah was very professional and explained procedures clearly. Wasted no time!

Very professional, informative with a gentle approach. Allayed any fears I had and made me feel safe. Mr Diver was lovely with my family and informed them after my procedure. Aftercare is fantastic as I can contact him anytime if I need to. Thank you Andrew.
