Very happy with OSD, stressless quick appointments with friendly professionals. I didn’t feel rushed at my appointments and had time to ask questions and everything was explained thoroughly. In particular Dr Helen Mitakidis was just amazing, she really looked after me during my visit, she gave me plenty of time and I felt really listened to and cared for. She even called me a couple of days after to check I was ok, so lovely. I will be using OSD Healthcare services from now on and would highly recommend them.

I visited the Horizon clinic on the recommendation of Dr. Arbid for Men’s Health / Erectile dysfunction. On arrival I had a warm welcome and we proceeded to go though information about what the treatment would be and how this could have a positive impact on my health. Understandably anxiety was high and I was fearful of the shockwave therapy on a special part of my anatomy. I was surprised with how the shockwave therapy worked, with no pain and only experiencing slight tingling sensation within the area. 1-4 days post treatment I noticed the appearance of my penis had changed with it now appearing more “semi”. Sadly I have only been able to arrange 1 out of six treatments due to commitments but found a noticeable difference in appearance and performance after one treatment. Would recommend the Horizon clinic based on professionalism, effectiveness and the kind manor displayed by Dr Arbid.
