Very happy with OSD, stressless quick appointments with friendly professionals. I didn’t feel rushed at my appointments and had time to ask questions and everything was explained thoroughly. In particular Dr Helen Mitakidis was just amazing, she really looked after me during my visit, she gave me plenty of time and I felt really listened to and cared for. She even called me a couple of days after to check I was ok, so lovely. I will be using OSD Healthcare services from now on and would highly recommend them.

Entering the lady at reception says straight down the corridor to room 6. Door at the end of the corridor says waiting room 3 so I go back and ask and she says yes. Going in, room 6 says do not disturb. But I’m wondering if it’s been left like that by accident. There’s the sound of wind playing but no sign explaining why so I spend a few minutes trying to figure out if it’s wind or a speaker. This could be handled by explaining clearly where to go and what will happen - particularly important to people who are neurodivergent, which is why I’m here. I’m anxious enough without extra cognitive load. She could say “Straight down the corridor into waiting room 3, the doctor is in room 6. If it shows do not disturb then wait and he’ll be with you shortly. There’s a speaker playing wind sounds to try to put you at ease.”

The appointment was on time and admin staff available to direct and help.
