I have been working with Nick for the last 4 months to help rehab a significant hip injury. From initial once a week sessions simply focussed on pain management he worked with me to help manage the ups and downs of the early rehab process. We then moved into strengthening the problem region with a focus on both returning to running pain free and achieving some ambitious long term goals. I am now running again pain free and am starting to build back to full training ahead of the fall marathon season. Nick kept things simple and pragmatic throughout. I particularly appreciated his flexibility and excellent communication. Both helped me manage to get consistent, effective, treatment alongside busy work commitments. André is a 5* physio! I suffer from TMJ, which causes significant pain in my jaw and causes it to occasionally lock. After one treatment with André, I felt so much relief, he really took the time to determine the issue, gave me hands on treatment and provided recommendation for a course of treatment. I've tried other physio's in the past and none have been able to help ease the pain. After my course of treatment and self management recommendations, André provided, I've been pain free. I saw an ad for Resolved Physio through Instagram and initially had a phone consultation with Nick. From that call I felt confident that Nick would be able to help me with my foot/ leg issue, particularly as I was going on an 11 day trek 6 weeks later. Nick was able to diagnose the issue straight away and started treatment immediately which also included exercises for me to do daily, which were reviewed and updated with each session. Sending videos of the exercises was brilliant so I knew I was doing them correctly. As a last resort in case of issues whilst I was trekking, Nick also provided a taping solution for my foot, to take the pressure off the tendon and shot a video of him taping my own foot so I could practise (just in case). Needless to say I didn't need to tape my foot at all. Nick treats his patient with amazing care, is attentive to everything and I have no hesitation in recommending him.

I saw Mr Walker after my initial treatment at the NHS and he was very informative and able to provide me a lot of reassurance about my injury. His explanations of both my injury and treatment was easy to understand and we quickly had a treatment plan. He was also happy to answer all my additional questions about medication, travel with the injury and what to do daily to ensure I am healing with lots of patience.
