Nick was amazing! I was struggling with shin splints and lower back pain during and after runs. I booked an appointment with Nick when I realised that the pain wouldn't go away on its own and it was time to take some action! He checked everything from my posture and running form to my strength and mobility. Considering I have no medical background, I really love that he explained in simple terms what was causing my pain and showed me diagrams/images of the body parts acting up. He helped me improve my running form and I completed his 6-week strength training programme, which was really accessible - you can complete it at home if you don't have a gym membership. I very rarely experience pain now, but when I do, I now feel like I have more knowledge to handle it better, meaning it will just be a one-off rather than becoming something longer-term like before. I can't recommend him enough - I feel stronger now than ever!

Nick has been helping me rehab my chronic hamstring injury. Thanks to Nick's help I have just run a half marathon again - the furthest I have been able to run in four and a half years. Needless to say I am over the moon with Nick's programme and expertise. On top of this Nick is always friendly and professional and noticeably puts a lot of thought into your individual injuries and treatment plan.

Nick worked with me for around 10 months, rehabbing and recuperating after an ACL construction. His practice to physio and rehab is 100% supported by an extensive knowledge of the body as a whole and also its somatic connection to the mind and the psychological rehab that needs to be worked on alongside the physical. More importantly, each session was led by a conversation where I felt his attentiveness to my individual needs and process of recovery was listened to - we worked with both hands on and physical exercises. Continuously updating my rehab program, and looking back I can really see how my recovery went from strength to strength. I am now back dancing almost as before which part of me was worried I would never get back too! Very grateful and would recommend Nick, especially if you need a physio for a longer period of time where you can establish a working and communicative relationship, feeling safe and supported to share you experiences, conversing in a way where you feel you are also autonomous in your own recovery alongside Nicks practice and guidance.

Nick is absolutely fantastic. As a new runner, I made the standard mistake of overdoing it & getting injured but Nick had me sorted & back running within two weeks and I couldn’t be happier. He’s knowledgeable & approachable, full of great tips and incredibly supportive. I’m so glad I found him & urge anyone on the lookout for a physio to trust & go with him. Thanks Nick!

Nick at Resolved Physio recently supported me through the recovery after a knee surgery. As a professional dance artist and yoga teacher, it was vital for me to get professional, timely and personalized support in order to get back to work as soon as possible, and Nick really went beyond my expectations! He was incredibly professional, reliable and knowledgeable. His approach was really specific to my injury and my goals, and gave me the tools to not only return to work safely, but also to regain confidence in what my body can do and how to improve to enhance my performance. He’s also a positive and friendly person, who created a welcoming and encouraging environment to work in. 100% would recommend!

Nick helped me post surgery after a problem causing me pain for many years. Me and Nick worked extensively to recover within a short time frame to get back to performing and he went above and beyond to support me in making this happen. His knowledge, and patient- centred care made for an incredibly positive experience. I would recommend Nick to anyone needing physiotherapy!

I have seen probably about a dozen physios in my time and Nick has certainly been the most effective. I believe this may be because his assessment process is the most thorough I have experienced, and not only does this mean that he is more likely to be treating the actual problem, but my confidence in that, means I am more ljkely to do the exercises he recommends. (I know you should always do the recommended exercises, but I am realistic enough to know that is not always the case.)

Professional, attentive and thorough approach. Took time to understand all factors in my pain to identify the causes and make a plan individualised to me. I have made huge improvement quicker than I could have imagined.

I had suffered from plantar fasciitis for over 11 months when I stumbled on reviews for Nick. At the time, I was suffering chronic foot pain which on its worst days left me unable to take even a few steps. Having visited my GP, and a podiatrist, neither of whom were able to offer any pro-active help other than "try insoles", I thought I had nothing to lose by seeing Nick. I wish I had found Nick months ago!! The rapid improvement in the first two to three weeks was incredible and just got better and better with each visit. Nick listened attentively every session to see how my foot was feeling and each time adapted or reinforced exercises and treatment as appropriate. Here I am only a couple of months on with no pain and actually wearing fashionable footwear again. Cannot recommend Nick highly enough !
