Currently training for a hyrox and been having some ongoing recurrent back issues. Paddy was great in supporting my recovery with a tailored made rehab programme to follow alongside my training. Paddy was really polite and professional.

The clinic is really easy to get to. It’s a really bright, welcoming space. The experience overall was great. Paddy assessed my knee, was able to pinpoint the issue and he’s given me a clear rehab plan. A week on, I’ve gone from not being able to put any weight on that knee at all, to walking as normal and back in the gym doing gentle work. I’m so grateful, he always takes the time to properly explain the issue and what I can do /what I should avoid. I’ve recommended Bridge Physio to family members for different issues, and they’ve all been really happy with the service.

I saw Paddy for some pain I was having in my knee, so booked an initial consultation. He was very thorough in asking me all about the problem and performing a number of tests. He was really reassuring that it wasn’t something really serious and gave me very thorough information about what to do to help, including a treatment and exercise plan.
