With over 13 years of experience as a Physiotherapist, Paddy has worked across public health, private health and elite sport. He draws on all these experiences to ensure his patients are rehabilitated with the highest standard of care.
Paddy is most well versed in treating back, shoulder and knee injuries, as well as ‘complex’ cases; when patients have seen numerous other clinicians, with limited improvement. Having built an exceptional healthcare network, he works closely with some of the best clinicians in the country to find the source of your pain, set a clear plan to bettering your health; ensuring you’re provided with seamless stress-free care, from start to finish.
He qualified from St George’s University Of London, before becoming a specialist in orthopaedics and musculoskeletal physiotherapy in the NHS, covering anything from helping patients rehab sports injuries, to post-surgery such as hip and knee replacements, to back injuries from sitting at the desk too long.
Paddy spent several years working in professional sports. He’s worked with teams such as Crystal Palace FC, Harlequins Rugby League, London Broncos, London Pulse Netball and (most recently) Chelsea FC, as well as working at the Commonwealth Games, 2022.
Hobbies: Watching sports, travelling, trying new cuisines and exploring cultures around the world.

Mr Paddy Connolly is consistently described as helpful, knowledgeable, and clear in his patient interactions. He thoroughly assesses problems and provides detailed explanations of injuries, creating tailored recovery plans that often feature specific rehabilitation exercises and treatments like shockwave therapy. Patients frequently report quick recovery, enabling a return to sport and everyday activities. His expertise is commonly sought for knee pain, back pain, and various sports injuries, including running injuries, Achilles tendon problems, and shoulder pain.
I saw Paddy whilst I was living in the Fulham area for shoulder and neck pain, which was causing migraines. I’ve seen a few physios over the years, but this has been by far the best experience. Paddy is professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about long-term improvement, not just short-term relief. I couldn’t recommend him more highly.
great clinic in a great location. Friendly receptionist and a nice waiting area. A really thorough appointment, with treatment and a rehab plan sent to me afterwards. Great experience all round
Paddy has helped me come back to competitive sport following multiple injuries, always going above and beyond. In particular, he always clearly explains the injury, as well as the plan for my return to play ensuring I am comfortable.
I suffered for years with back pain, but Paddy really helped give me the adjustments and exercises to be pain free. Paddy relates what he’s doing to help in everyday terms. Such a genuine guy, really recommend.
My son first recommended Paddy to me after a sports injury. More recently, after a cycling accident and a full hip replacement Paddy was instrumental in returning me to full fitness in record time.
Both my adult daughter, a keen runner and I, a rather older mum who still tries to keep relatively fit, have seen Paddy on various occasions for treatment. Paddy is always a cheerful but nevertheless thorough physio who takes time to examine the problem, explain it fully and recommend appropriate treatment. He tailors the recovery exercises to your lifestyle and doesn't expect you to do more than is reasonably possible within your time schedule. I am about to return to him at his new place of work for a new issue unrelated to the past treatment - such are the joys of growing older - and look forward to receiving the same level of excellent care as before.
Excellent physio—always helpful, a great listener, and realistic in managing expectations. Highly recommended
Paddy always gets to the root of the problem quickly and goes into great detail so you have all the context / knowledge to tackle rehab. He’a very thorough and his aftercare is tip top.
Paddy is one of the best physios I have been to! His professionalism and deep knowledge is incredible. Could not recommend him more!
I have known Paddy for over a decade as a physiotherapy colleague and often use him as a sound board to discuss complex patients for his clinical expertise in musculoskeletal health. I will often refer patients to him that are out of area and know they will receive the best possible care.
