James graduated from the University of Leeds with a BSc in Physiology before moving on to St George's University for a second BSc in Physiotherapy. James then completed an MSc in Sports Physiotherapy from the University of Bath.

James has also competed to a high level in many sports and worked with Elite runners, triathletes & skiers as well as weekend warriors and recreational athletes. This means he not only understands his patients needs from a medical and professional point of view but also a personal point of view. He is passionate about exercise and strength and these are at the core of his philosophy.

James' clinical passion lies in lower limb and pelvic biomechanics, in which he is highly skilled and experienced.

James is extremely knowledgeable on the way the body works. He is very friendly and enjoyable to be around. He genuinely cares about resolving whatever the client's problem is. He is very thorough in his treatment and thanks to him, my injuries are progressing/healing very quickly!
