Darren Chin

Darren Chin is a well experienced Physiotherapist at Marylebone Health Group specialising in sports and musculoskeletal physiotherapy. He completed his Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy at St George's, University of London in 2014. He also holds a degree in Sport Science from St Mary's University, which allows him to integrate both disciplines into his clinical practice. Darren's extensive knowledge in sports and musculoskeletal physiotherapy is complemented by his qualifications as a Personal Trainer and sprint coach, demonstrating his commitment to comprehensive care and interest in gait analysis and biomechanics.

Before joining Marylebone Health in London, Darren gained valuable experience as a physiotherapist in private practice. He has also worked across various sports, including football, tennis, and athletics, providing him with a diverse range of experiences and insights. Darren's clinical passion lies in treating lower back pain, a condition that affects individuals of all ages and fitness levels. His expertise in this area allows him to provide effective and tailored treatment to his clients.

Darren's background as a former TeamGB sprinter from 1999 to 2007 provides him with a unique perspective and a wealth of experience in working with athletes. This firsthand knowledge enables him to understand the specific needs and demands of athletes and deliver targeted interventions to optimise their performance and recovery.
