Amy has great specialist knowledge and has built a good range of exercises to help my recovery. The video links she sent after the appointment are really useful for future reference.

I came to Marylebone Health Group after a first time shoulder dislocation. Amy has been brilliant at speeding up my recovery after not being where I wanted 12 weeks into the injury. She’s provided tailored advice to support my rehab. She has been extremely professional and friendly throughout our sessions and explains the injury and rehab process really well. I have great confidence in her expertise to get me back to full fitness.

I've been attending the clinic for treatment on my shoulder for over 9 months and it's always been brilliant. Amy is a superstar! Every session is different to keep it interesting whilst also being challenging enough to make constant progress. My shoulder surgeon was extremely impressed with her work when I had a 6 month review.
