Ms Lucy Khan

Ms Lucy Khan is a consultant oncoplastic and cosmetic breast surgeon who trained in Edinburgh (amongst others with Prof Mike Dixon) and completed her fellowship at Frimley Park Hospital in Surrey. She initially worked as a consultant at Mid-Cheshire Hospital NHS Trust before moving back to Scotland to take up a position as consultant with NHS Lanarkshire and NHS Forth Valley. She has a large experience of all types of breast cancer, breast reconstruction and cosmetic breast surgery and has published widely in the field. She operates both in the NHS and the private sector. She is the co-author of the BMJ review which provides the basis of much of the NICE guidance for the treatment of breast infection and has been featured and quoted in national news including the Daily Mail and Cosmopolitan magazine.
