It was a good experience at Moorfields Private however I sat in the initial waiting room for som time afer handing back my registration form because the guy on reception didn't tell me to go downstainrs and I only went down after speaking to the lady who originally gave me the form (who the went to deal with another issue). Otherwise, the clinical staff were excellent as was the downstairs reception. This is the only reason I marked the experience down.
