My recent visit was with an amazing cardiologist, Dr Ghuran. His expertise and caring nature is outstanding. I am so unbelievably grateful for his expertise in cardiology as after multiple A&E admissions and wrong diagnoses, I was lucky on the last occasion to be seen by him who saw something different. He arranged specific tests that are not routinely done everywhere. These came back positive and finally we knew what the cause was and was able to be started on the appropriate medication. He always thought something else was also going on with me which he was right and have now been diagnosed with another condition which is not heart related. Dr Ghuran really is top of his field and always looks outside of the box to find out exactly what is going on. His bedside manner is calm and caring and always explains in a way you could understand. An amazing cardiologist with whom I have complete faith in.

Once I had decided to undergo the surgery at the Manor Hospital, Mr Mihai contacted me the next day and made contact via a telephone call to make all the necessary arrangements regarding the procedure date. Once I arrived at the hospital Mr Mihai visited my room and explained the surgical procedure in detail and what he would expect to happen and that i would need to stay overnight. On the day after the procedure, Mr Mihai once again visited my room, offered further explanation as to what had occurred during the surgery and what the follow up process would be. In all honesty I cannot find any fault with his approach or his care. Three weeks after the Surgery Mr Mihai once again contacted me via a telephone call to see how I was progressing and to assure me that all of the biopsy's and tests had proved a positive result. Blood test have been requested and results are expected soon.

We visited with our newborn for a tongue tie assessment and appointment. Mr Palmer and Heidi (nurse) were both extremely friendly, professional and welcoming. They fully explained what was happening clearly and released his tongue tie with no issues. They were extremely patient and ensured my wife had plenty of time afterwards to settle our baby and make sure he was okay. Would highly recommend this service and my wife saw immediate improvements from the tongue tie release including improved technique and minimal pain compared to beforehand

From the first consultation until my six week check up, his care and consideration has been second to none. He supported me with options before surgery and discussed risks. It was a really nice couple of days in spire, the staff were fantastic and their for me when I needed them. Mr Rajiv Sanger did a great job on my full knee and now after 8 weeks I can climb stairs unaided , walk , drive and do my garden. It has been very painful but do your exercises as you are told to do and you won't go far wrong. Thanks again for everything you have all done for me, and should have many good years ahead of me.

I went to have a cataract assessment, and was cancered about the affects of eye surgery, and recovery. I was reassured by the team that all would go well. the surgery did go well, 40 mins to do both eyes no pain or subsequent discomfort all went well with excellent after care by staff.

Excellent service within the clinic, appalling parking availability. The car park needs to be completely repainted with spaces that reflect the size of vehicles today. I’m not surprised that you accept no responsibility for vehicles damaged in your car park!
