January 26 Hip replacement at kings Park Hospital. Mr Nicol was fantastic from start to finish and kept me informed the during the whole journey. Checked up 3 times after the op over the course of 24 hours. Put me at ease from the very start. Would highly recommend. I would also like to mention the Anaesthetist, Dr Andrew Dalton. Was very professional and calming form the moment I ment him and again put my mind at ease and answered all questions I had. Dr Dalton also checked up post operation with Mr Nicol together. Would highly recommend also. I couldn't have asked for a better team.

Had the most amazing time at Abbington House, was exactly what I needed. Was immediately made to feel welcome by staff and clients, everyone has been so warm, friendly and non - judgemental. Food was excellent and the chef Marion was amazing at catering for everyone’s individual needs. I’ve gotten so much out of the groups and one on one sessions. After 28 days I feel like I have been given an amazing framework to take with me on the outside and have met a community that will stay with me throughout the rest of my journey. I had stage 4 DIE and a frozen pelvis. Mr Raza not only had the technical skill and expertise to deal with a complex case (with minimally invasive and cutting edge surgery) but also showed so much care and compassion, which gave me so much confidence and reassurance going into my surgery. The whole experience, including the recovery, has been so so positive and I would fully recommend him.

I have attended this practice twice now for my son ongoing illness. First visit we have Dr Victor, second we have Justino Monteiro. Both were very professional and friendly. My son who was crying manage to stay calm with both doctors. As a parent I was very happy with the customer care. Also Domingos the practice manager accommodate my son for a last minute appointment in time of crisis, which I was so grateful. Thank you so much for all your attention and looking after my son. I would recommend this place to friends and family.

Had an immigration medical appointment for Australia. I was running late and had to reschedule my AM appointment. Sent an email as the call option was automated message but the email was promptly replied and I was rebooked for the next available PM appointment. It meant I had to wait longer but they were swift to accommodate me and the services from reception to chest X-ray and GP examination was brilliant. I was offered the Polio vaccine and a painless blood tests. Overall I recommend 100%.

I fell in August and damaged both shoulders - although everyone that I have dealt with both over the phone and face to face have been both efficient and warmly friendly I will not receive treatment until February (7 months after my accident). During this time I have been in excruciating pain and living alone has only added to my depression! I would have hoped that my personal situation would have been taken into “some” consideration in order to ease my pain in some small way.
