I cannot recommend Erin Lahay highly enough. Over the past three months, she has helped me immensely with both shoulder and lower back pain. What sets Erin apart is her holistic approach. I cannot rate Mr Floyd highly enough. It was a big decision to have the surgery and an even bigger decision to find the right man (or woman) to do it. All reviews of various Surgeons read well but who to choose?? Mr Floyd has a warming, friendly and comforting way about him. Doesn't promise what he can't deliver and explained everything to me in layman's terms of what I could expect. He absolutely delivered. I believe I probably did drive him mad but he never got exasperated and always had time for either a face to face appointment or a telephone consultation and Sheila, his secretary is equally as lovely. If you are considering surgery - don't drive yourself crazy - just go with Mr Floyd. You absolutely won't be disappointed. Thank you so much.

The medical team were polite, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain each step clearly, which helped me feel reassured throughout the visit. Mr Yamoah has changed my life and I will forever be grateful. For almost ten years my GP told me I had IBS and wouldn’t take my pain seriously. This time last year I reached breaking point and didn’t think I would ever feel better. I’m so glad I decided to seek private care. Mr. Yamoah is the first medical professional that has taken me seriously and not made me feel like a nuisance or hypochondriac. Within the space of three months my endometriosis and dermoid cyst were diagnosed and successfully removed and I finally feel like myself again. The nature of the condition means that it will return but I feel so much more confident being in the excellent care of Mr Yamoah.

Nobody knew how I would receive the X Ray results. The radiologist asked if I was seeing a consultant at the clinic - I wasn’t scheduled to see one. The guy on the first floor desk didn’t know how images could be shared with me and suggested I talk to the reception desk on the ground floor to get a CD burnt - I wanted images to be sent as I don’t have a CD reader. The ground floor desk confused too until a senior person stepped in to let me know about the app. I was told that I would receive images via the app but I cannot see appointments or images in the app. The experience was very confusing. Suggest more staff training on the app

As per usual every part of my visit is very professional and all the communication is prompt and informative, it is good to receive a copy of the progress. My last visit was on Saturday 6th December and it was a review of the laser treatment on my left eye - I was delighted when the review confirmed that the pressure on my eye had fallen to normal - this was a 50% reduction. I only had to put one eye drop at night. This was very professional and I have a six monthly review in my diary for 2026. I would have no problems at all in recommending Cathedral Eye Clinic.

Dr White was very polite and understanding of my diagnosis but not to have provided a prescription and send me off knowing how much a tube of the ointment was at £26 each I was not in a position to pay £78 for 3 tubes to treat me and my husband. I have had to wait a further 3 days feeling horribly un clean after the diagnosis and continue suffering. I’m still waiting for the cream to arrive via the post.

Usually it is always very well done, on all aspects. On this occasion I was told to be in at 11.00, but when I got there I found that I should have been told to be in for 11.30. Apparently there was some error. Not a major problem, but a bit annoying.
