I have been a patient of Marc Laniado for more than 10 years now with a considerable number of sizable bladder and prostate related issues and can hand on heart say that Marc is undoubtedly the best doctor and surgeon I have ever met in my life. And due to a number of other health issues over the years I have met quite a few. His knowledge, skills and surgical expertise are second to none and he is always at the forefront of all of the latest proven new advanced in procedures and is an absolute expert in his entire field in my opinion. Additionally I can tell you that Marc is the most dedicated and committed man to his work and also more unbelievably supportive and committed to his patients that you could possibly imagine. He is unquestionably an extremely kind , patient, understanding and tolerant man and without him over the years I would have struggled very very much indeed, both physically and phychologically. He is so totally supportive at all times and puts his patients at the top of his priority list to an extent I have never ever witnessed before nor I believe am likely to ever see in anyone else again. Marc is also supported superbly by his P.A. Zoe who once again is very kind, patient helpful and understanding, quite apart from being absolutely superbly efficient . Which really compliments the entire superiority of a completely faultless service that Marc Laniado provides to his patients. My advice to anybody would be if you have any problems at all relative to Marc's wide range of expertise, Marc should be your one and only point of call. I promise you you will find none better and again in my opinion you will find none better... because there just isn't anyone better. An all-round wonderful doctor and surgeon and also a wonderfully kind and truly supportive man. I consider myself extremely lucky to have been recommended to Marc all those years ago and truly feel that Marc's many other patients would feel exactly the same way as I do. Speaking from a man's perspective ,urinary, bladder and prostate issues I feel can be very worrying indeed and also quite embarrassing and very stressful as they can bring considerable concern and disruption to normal life. So in summary I would say to anybody suffering with problems, Marc Laniado is your man ! You will need no other and I would stake my life you would never regret it. His undying support and understanding for his patients along with his superior knowledge, tremendous surgical expertise, and complete all round skill set is truly amazing I can honestly assure everyone who may read this. I had a truly fantastic experience at Reproclinic, and I am incredibly grateful that I chose this clinic for my egg preservation procedure. The facilities were exceptional—modern, purpose-built, and equipped with the latest technology for IVF and fertility treatments. I was fortunate to be looked after by several outstanding doctors, including Dr. Adrià Moreno Tierzo, Dr. Alicia Hernández Saborit, and Dr. Xavier Julve, who performed my egg retrieval. Their professionalism and expertise were evident throughout, from the careful check-ups leading up to the procedure to the excellent results achieved. I always felt safe, informed, and in truly expert hands. Most of all, my medical coordinator, Manon, was like a fairy - an absolute diamond. She followed every request with dedication and went above and beyond to support me. Her kindness and attention made the entire journey so much easier. I wholeheartedly recommend Reproclinic, a modern clinic in the heart of Barcelona, to anyone considering fertility treatment or egg preservation.

Despite the industrial estate address, the practice is a lovely, bright, modern building adjacent to open fields, easy to find and ample parking close to the main entrance. I was met with a warm, friendly smile and the lady on reception couldn’t have been nicer. I was asked to complete a short health questionnaire on a tablet. I waited no more than 10 minutes before Dr Wright saw me. Both she and the nurse were also warm & friendly whilst very professional, everything was explained clearly to me, including the cost of the treatment, before treatment started. Dr Wright was extremely good at putting me at ease and checking on me as the treatment progressed. The anaesthetic was administered virtually unnoticed. After a few minutes Dr Wright removed my tooth completely painlessly, it was quick and there was barely any trauma to my gum. Even when the anaesthetic wore off, I had zero pain or discomfort and needed no further painkillers after the dose I had immediately before treatment. By far, the best experience in a dentists chair I have ever had, can’t recommend Vermillion enough

I had my first consultant appointment yesterday, regarding a hernia condition that was flagged by an NHS consultant earlier this year. I saw Dr Richard Novell. In the lead-up to the appointment, I had managed to get the referral paperwork, but no scan imagery. On meeting Dr Novell, he informed me that scans were useless anyway for Hernia diagnosis, and he then proceeded to examine me. After this, he told me that I didn’t have a hernia, when I asked about the fact that another specialist had examined me and thought differently, he agreed that doctors tend to give different answers. My issue, is not that he dosen’t agree with another consultants opinion (as well as the person who conducted Ultrasound) but that I am currently in pain, which is harming the quality of my life, and when asked about next steps to resolve this, he had nothing to offer, when pushed he offered to speak to a colleage for a second opinion. So in terms of empathy, it's pretty frustrating, and I have to be honest, it's a complete waste of time from my perspective.

A little concerned as to what seems to be a deterioration in standards. - my temperature was checked with an ear thermometer that didn't have a removal cap for hygiene so does this mean it's used in each patients ears? I did not see the deodorant change the cap or discard anything, just picked it up from the table. - my ultrasound scan felt completely rushed. The doctor kept looking at his watch through out my appointment. The machine was supposedly heating up and the doctor did no ask me to turn in the positions to check the organs we needed to see. - I was prescribed medication that can easily be purchased at any pharmacy and more cost affective to purchase without prescription - there is no where near enough privacy in the appointment rooms and the waiting area. It's quiet and I could hear almost the entire conversation of other patients. - I should have been offered a full urine test based on my blood results - over not the experience I've had before. Really disappointed.

Our family has been patients of various members of the team at the Forbury Clinic for over 10 years. Something has changed in the past year, rather than feeling like you are listened to and being cared for it now feels much more like a business akin so a sausage factory. In and out the door as quickly as possible, barely space for questions and little to no bedside manner. It feels like profit over patients. The remainder of our appointment yesterday was in a stair well being led downstairs after being shunted from room to room. With a teenage that is appalling. They find it hard to ask questions in an environment like that.

After two years of extreme tendon pain in the left hip( following a couple of falls) and trying ultrasound steroid guided injections, six shock wave treatments, the pain is getting worse. Mr Stott identified/ diagnosed that I also have piriformis syndrome and recommended that I have one PRP injection. This I received yesterday, 3/12/25. I am hoping that this will reduce the pain and discomfort and enable me to fly to see my grandchildren in California before Christmas. I am on an NHS waiting list for possible surgery, if the pain and discomfort doesn't improve. Mr Stott will review my progress on 11/12/25
