He immediately put me at ease, never made me feel rushed, answered all of questions, from the intelligent ones through to the absurd and ridiculous ones, explained everything in a way I understood, was clear in identifying the options I had, and at all times made me feel empowered to make decisions with his support and guidance. He wanted to know and understand me, and managed to build a picture very quickly. His aftercare was equally brilliant; knowing I was concerned he made time on a busy Friday to call me with my results to put my mind at ease, we discussed the future and options, and everything was done in a clam, intelligent and supportive way. His team reflect their leader, and are kind, supportive, warm and friendly. I couldn't have felt more supported throughout, and cannot thank him - or recommend him - more.

I wanted to share how positive my most recent visit to Bristol Menopause Clinic was. From the moment I arrived, I felt truly listened to, believed and validated. My experiences of PMDD and perimenopause were taken seriously, without minimising or rushing, and I felt fully supported in making decisions about my care. Since the appointment, I genuinely cannot believe the difference I feel within myself. The impact on my wellbeing has been significant, both emotionally and physically, and for the first time in a long while I feel hopeful and grounded in my body again. Compassionate, knowledgeable and person-centred care makes such a difference, and this clinic offers exactly that. I am extremely happy with the care and surgical work provided by Mr Marzook. He was professional, approachable, and took great care to explain clearly what the procedure would involve, which gave me a great deal of confidence going into surgery. His confidence and expertise were fully borne out by the outcome. My hernia has been successfully repaired despite being a complex case requiring full abdominal wall reconstruction and mesh repair, following two previous unsuccessful surgeries. As well as resolving the hernia itself, I have also experienced additional gastrointestinal benefits as a result of the repair, including a noticeable improvement in the gastroparesis I had previously been experiencing. I am delighted with the outcome and cannot recommend Mr Marzook highly enough.

I met Mr Vaghela back in April this year, following a GP referral and confirmed carpal tunnel syndrome at my left hand. He was really thorough in examining my hand and explaining my symptoms and what was causing them. Once it was established that surgery would be the best option for my problem, he spent time in explaining what the procedure would entail, the recovery time, any positive outcome as well as any potential negative effects. The operation went very well and my hand has been improving since. I truly appreciate the care he has shown before, during and after the operation, and how approachable, thoughtful and supportive he is.

I have been attending Cathedral Eye Clinic since May, when Mr Niraj Mandal carried out cataract surgery on my left eye. A follow-up operation to stitch the iris was also successful. Although I still experience some blurring at distance, tests show 6/6 vision, and this is due to be corrected with laser treatment in the New Year. I am very pleased with the way the consultations and overall service have been carried out. The care has been professional and reassuring throughout, and I am looking forward to improved distance vision in 2026

Dr Kapur was incredibly informative and really gave my daughter a full understanding of the products being prescribed, why they were being prescribed, how they worked, what to avoid and how she should manage her skin regime going forward. We left feeling far more educated on dermatology especially in relation to teenage hormonal skin. The products she advised were inexpensive and the routine she now has to follow far easier to manage. I had to have 4 visits to get a crown fitted on a rear tooth. Hours after the first temporary crown was fitted it fell off. I attended the surgery the following day to have a second temporary crown fitted but was not informed that, as it was a different Dentist, this would incur a separate charge which is not good practice. This second temporary crown also fell off after a couple of days.

Nurses were all keen to offer care, and talk, which I appreciated, it's easy to get in your own head, and I appreciated the distraction! One thing I would comment on is that there is always a long wait. I was asked to arrive at 8:30am, but I didn't actually have my procedure until 10:30, which gave lots of time to think. A more streamlined appointment process would be helpful
