We visited Kidswell Health for my 2-year-old daughter’s developmental review, and I couldn’t have been happier with the experience. The doctor was extremely professional, thorough, and engaging. She interacted so well with both myself and my daughter, took the time to answer all of my questions, and left me feeling completely reassured. I had no doubts that Kidswell Health was the right place for my daughter’s review. From the moment you walk into the clinic, there’s such a calm, controlled and welcoming atmosphere. Everything feels warm, thoughtfully designed and child-friendly. The children’s area is beautifully designed and very clean, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable for my daughter. She especially loved the ear defenders and the multi-coloured changing fish lamp — so much so that we actually bought one for home too! 🐠💡 Thank you to the whole team for making what could have been an overwhelming experience feel so positive and reassuring. We’ll definitely be back for my daughter’s 3-year review! 💕

Prior to my consultation with Mr Bailey regarding my rt knee I was very nervous and apprehensive on the day of my consultation meeting Mr Bailey made me felt very welcome he was warm and professional straight away I felt relaxed and at ease.He had scan of my knee on the screen he explained the causes of the long term pain in my knee and discuss the way forward to alleviate the pain there and then with me.He was very honest and discussed the prone and con of total knee surgery complications and side effects with a lot of compassion and honesty.I came out of his consultation room feeling confident and straight away I felt I was in his good hands.I also appreciated he took the time after the surgery he came and to inform me all went well even he had a busy schedule.I am now 3 months after my surgery making good progress.Thank you Mr Bailey for your care compassion kindness honesty and also Winchester hospital.I will continue 100% recommend Mr Bailey.

We had a very positive experience with the occupational therapy assessment at Clinic Autism London. The therapist took time to understand our child’s sensory needs, daily routines and the difficulties we had been noticing at home. The assessment was thorough but still felt relaxed and child-friendly. Everything was explained clearly afterwards, and the practical recommendations were easy to understand and genuinely useful for everyday life. We felt listened to throughout the process and would happily recommend the clinic to other families looking for an OT assessment.

I found Shawfair Park to be bright, open and very clean. There was a nice atmosphere and the reception staff were professional and I was not kept waiting. Shawfair Park rather reminded me of a nice hotel rather than a hospital. On the day of my procedure I was given a menu so I could choose what I would like to eat after my operation. There was a nice choice of food - something to suit every taste.
