I have visited St Joseph’s a number of times for consultations and have always had a good experience. However as a day case today there was quite a wait for the appointment to begin. It was uncomfortable in the waiting area with a cold draught blowing in through sliding doors. The letter stated the admission was at 5pm but were only called in at 5.40pm. The procedure went well and the nurses/assistants were very friendly. The facility was clean and clutter free. However the consultant then went into this busy waiting area and informed my relative, who accompanied me, with the results of the procedure in front of other patients and staff. This was highly inappropriate and the hospital needs to ensure there are private areas to discuss medical information in future. For a privately paying service one would expect there to be better controls and more discretion to be provided for medical procedures.

What stood out most was their empathy and willingness to listen to all our concerns and thoughts. Every question was answered with patience and clarity, and the risks and options were always explained in a way that helped us make informed, confident decisions. Thanks to their guidance, we felt reassured and in safe hands as we welcomed our baby boy. We’re truly grateful for the outstanding care and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for compassionate, expert obstetric support.

I went to have my operation dressing removed and the consultant mr paver to check the wounds to make sure he’s happy with the results he was totally happy he said it’s the best results he’s seen for a long time with my second toe correction he’s extremely happy and so am I I haven’t seen my foot look so good in a long long time and the fact I’ve not really had any pain after this surgery is a miracle but I’ve done as I’m told and kept it elevated as I was told too for the first 2 weeks and just shows how much difference that makes

My wife and I have visited the clinic a few times during the last five years and are both very impressed. Dr Chopra is friendly, caring and very competent. He operates efficiently and is always on time. My skin lesions were examined and treated on the spot during the same session today. I received information about the nature and cause of my problem and was given instruction about how to look after the problem area until it is fully healed. I was charged as quoted when I booked the appointment.. Highly recommended service.

Received excellent feedback after thorough review and feedback before receiving a final decision on the best way forward, I had considered going overseas for the treatment however, I do not believe I would have achieved. the same outcome as the level of detail and prep including contact lenses to establish the best option took time which I would not have been afforded by the overseas company as it was only a week long process. It is always a pleasure to see Mr Mokawem. It has been my experience that his appointments usually run late, which is a little annoying. However, I feel terrible in criticising him in this regard as I know it occurs largely because he is so committed to give his patients all the time necessary to provide the explanations reassurances and advice that they are seeking. He has a wonderful "bedside" manner and is in my opinion the consummate professional.

I had a raised spot on my arm which was diagnosed as actinic keratosis- precancerous cells. GP recommend cream but didn’t want to use due to side effects. Dr Gupta was very professional and had a very caring and kind disposition. She used cryotherapy on the area which was only mildly uncomfortable for a few seconds and then checked the rest of my body for me. Thoroughly recommend and have booked my husband for a body check! Thank you ☺️
