I would like to pass on my sincere thanks to Dr James Noake at Pure Sports Medicine for his ongoing efforts in diagnosing a long-standing misdiagnosed knee injury following several unsuccessful procedures. Dr Noake identified relevant pathology on imaging that, unfortunately, had been missed by several other private consultants elsewhere. He then carefully administered a diagnostic injection, taking considerable time to ensure pinpoint precision through a cyst and a very small joint space. Dr Noake is clearly a very busy and sought-after clinician, yet he ensured I received an extensive first face-to-face consultation, with ample time in clinic to explore the problem thoroughly using ultrasound. He also went above and beyond by reviewing both previous and updated MRI scans, speaking to me at short notice via Zoom call during the festive period in order to review images and discuss options. I found this attention to detail and direct liaison to be exceptional as more than once I have had to wait 6-weeks between appointments at other private clinics or hospitals. Dr Noake is clearly dedicated to his craft and approaches his work with diligence, precision, and honesty. From the first point of contact, he inspired confidence through his willingness to answer questions, think critically beyond the obvious, and work collaboratively to reach informed decisions. I would highly recommend Dr Noake to anyone seeking help with complex, long-standing, or less common knee or nerve-related injuries.

Mr Nizar and his team carefully explained my recent surgery and the several possible outcomes and plans around them. He was very thorough with pre op plans and scans, and consulting me through the steps. After not getting an appointment with our GP I decided to book an appointment late on in the afternoon when I became concerned with my child. I was able to book online with ease and had the appointment for 35 minutes later. The staff were welcoming and it wasn’t long in the waiting room before we were seen. Fiona made my child and myself feel at ease and did a thorough check. She even offered a follow up MOT check the next day which left me very reassured. This is the third time I’ve used the clinic and would recommend to anyone needing piece of mind when they can’t access their own GP unfortunately..

Dr De Bono is a superb general clinician who views patients thoroughly, as a whole, and not just as a heart. I'm a doctor myself and this gentleman treats my father and I. I have seen him pick up on things that general clinicians missed (and I am embarrassed to say I had missed myself!). Remarkably sharp and astute chap, combined with a disarmingly pleasant interpersonal manner. He has a world class CV but is never keen to let you know it. Watching him work has informed my own practise to be honest.

Mr Saravelos and his team made us feel at such ease for our Frozen Embryo Transfer. He was so patient and helped talk through the procedure in a way I could understand. He kept me calm through the procedure, which previously have been a really painful experience for him. The Nurse Raj was also great and helpful and managed to get all our prescriptions done before the transfer so we didn’t have to wait around. Really great time and brilliant experience.

My GP sent referral for RTN in January 2025. According to their announcement on the ADHD website, the waiting time was 8-9 weeks. Unfortunately, I was waiting couple of months. My assessment was done in October and on my outcome appointment, which was a year after, the 3rd doctor was involved a d decided to do one more assessment. Without prior arrangement or agreement. Poor customer service, dishonest administration.
