KT is by far the best physio I have ever been to. I went to KT to help to address a posterior pelvic tilt to help with a hip cam lesion as per instructions from a surgeon. KT took time in advance prior to our first appointment to read through the surgeon notes and very clearly understood what the notes suggested and was able to articulate this to me in a very easy to understand manner. KT really puts her patients first. She took time to understand what my personal goals were on the route to recovery such as getting back to a full gym routine and from the very first session suggested moderated ways in which I could build back up my routine. Under KTs clear and thoughtful guidance I was able to resume some level of exercise far quicker than I ever thought possible. KT provided very thorough instructions during our sessions and in the email write up that she sent after each session. Something I found particularly valuable was that KT demonstrated any exercises she gave me and then would film me doing the exercise on my phone to watch back, with her instructions voiced over the video. KT adapted well to my needs and continued to progress me in each session within what she knew I was capable of. After each session with KT I felt more and more assured and confident in my recovery. I could not recommend Katie enough, her friendly attitude and genuine desire to help not only aided in my recovery but made the entire process thoroughly enjoyable.

Made typos on my medical documents several times regardless of me flagging they require updates Can’t schedule simple appointment times and check with people if they are available instead sending random meeting times which clash with my work On 3 occasions now I have tried to join a meeting to have no one there Even if I am having problems connecting and 2 mins late someone should be in the allocated slot waiting especially given the people you are meeting with are disabled All this titration has done is add extra stress to my life instead of helping anything I am now going through medication withdrawals because I have been unable to meet in my titration meetings regales of me flagging several times that these timings do not work with my work commitments and now I have extra stress and pressure on my life at an extremely stressful time Would not recommend this to anyone it’s taken me a whole year since my diagnosis to even get to this point and I am still being messed around

I always have a good experience when visiting the practice. The staff are always friendly. However, on the last visit I think there are things you guys need to review. I was in for a gel injection into my knee which was being carried out by Mr Dehne in the theatre. He had previously confirmed that it would be a simple procedure and that after a short time I would be fine to drive home. However, on arrival it was clear that the team believed I was in for a knee replacement. I was shown to my own room, asked to select from the menu for the following day, and given medication that I assume I didn't require! Further more, the team were loathed to let me drive home and I had to wait a couple of hours until they could check with Mr Dehne that it would be ok as all the paperwork confirmed otherwise. The theatre staff were double checking with me the reason for my visit so there was a checking procedure in place but you may need to review why there was confusion in the first place.

I booked a consultation with Daleswood Aesthetics online and attended to discuss one of their treatments (Emsella). The treatment was explained fully and I booked a course of six treatments. I have had two treatments so far and I am very impressed with the level of service and how professional all of the team are. They pay attention to detail and ensure your experience with them is outstanding. The treatment rooms are clean, modern and impressive. The treatments they offer are leading edge and deliver results. After two sessions, I am already seeing results. They have a large waiting room and a good size car park. They have thought of everything to make your visit as easy and welcoming as possible. I highly recommend Daleswood Aesthetics.

Steve is excellent. Personable and very professional and clearly knows his stuff. He operated on our son following a shoulder dislocation playing rugby. Throughout the process, Steve was clear with the surgical options and very thorough in his explanations, particularly understanding with the emotions of a teenager and his desperation to be back on the pitch again. He has a friendly manner and was always quick to answer extra questions we had between consultations. He did an excellent surgical job on our son and we’d have no hesitation in recommending him. Met Mr Amer at Washington Clinic . He was warmly welcoming despite having had a very busy day up to that point. We discussed the background to my appointment , which was a very effective way of getting to understand a bit about each other as well as the medical details. Very clear explanation also using some video to show what procedures would entail . Good clear summary of the various risks involved . I came away from the appointment very confident in Mr Amer and with a clear plan for treatment which hopefully can be done quickly to fit in with other things I'm doing . Faultless .

I can not praise MrRao highly enough. The second total hip replacement appears so far to have gone well. I felt very safe with him at all times and was informed what was most likely to happen and needed to be done. After suffering from depression for over two years and making very little progress, I decided to find a different psychiatrist and was very relieved to find Dr Kaitiff. Dr Kaitiff is very easy to talk to and my wife and I immediately felt listened to and encouraged to feel positive about my recovery. Over a period of time Dr Kaitiff has successfully adjusted my medication and the future seems much more hopeful.

The Doctors Lounge Chalfont

I think the Doctors Lounge is such a great personal investment. You are able to see a doctor quickly, they have all your notes in front of them and have excellent referal doctors should you need further support. I cannot recomend Dr. Nik Chopra and his team more highly. It also means you take pressure off your local GP who can then spend their time with patients who need to use the NHS service. Think outstanding service and value for money.

MrAal was very professional and explained things very clearly. He informed me of the pros and cons of having an operation without pushing me one way or the other. The only thing was he was a bit optimistic about the recovery period. He said I would be driving within a week. The nurses and the paperwork said at least two weeks before driving. I am a week after the operation and am nowhere near being able to drive.
