I wanted to share how positive my most recent visit to Bristol Menopause Clinic was. From the moment I arrived, I felt truly listened to, believed and validated. My experiences of PMDD and perimenopause were taken seriously, without minimising or rushing, and I felt fully supported in making decisions about my care. Since the appointment, I genuinely cannot believe the difference I feel within myself. The impact on my wellbeing has been significant, both emotionally and physically, and for the first time in a long while I feel hopeful and grounded in my body again. Compassionate, knowledgeable and person-centred care makes such a difference, and this clinic offers exactly that. I recently saw Mr Sedra for coccyx pain. At my consultation he was very compassionate and extremely knowledgeable. After referring me for an MRI it was confirmed that I had coccydynia, which is indeed what Mr Sedra had initially suspected. Throughout the whole process I’ve found Mr Sedra to be very pleasant, professional and kind. He always listens with care. The steroid injection went really well but I had more pain than anticipated due to factors beyond Mr Sedra’s control and Mr Sedra and his team were very supportive during that time. Mr Sedra’s office team have always been extremely kind, helpful and very efficient at managing appointments and all communication. Thank you!

I had an acute pain in my right leg and had difficulty walking. Having had IDD treatment at Osteopath West before for sciatica I called and was given an appointment later that day. On arrival i was given a thorough examination and it was decided that I most likely had a pulled muscle as well as a nerve issue. I had some deep massage on my back and leg followed by an IDD session. The result today is that the pain is considerably better and i can now walk mush better than before. I am grateful for the prompt appointment and the service I received and would recommend Osteopath West to people in a similar position.

The meeting started 15 minutes late but Cheryl was very apologetic. Almost immediately, she put myself and my partner at ease.we are both usually quite private people and obviously the content of what we were discussing was very personal and sensitive, but Cheryl was very easy to talk to. She recognised the changes we were trying to implement and was not at all judgemental. She was very supportive and kind with her comments and we left the meeting quite positive yet still grounded in reality.

Dr Kapur was incredibly informative and really gave my daughter a full understanding of the products being prescribed, why they were being prescribed, how they worked, what to avoid and how she should manage her skin regime going forward. We left feeling far more educated on dermatology especially in relation to teenage hormonal skin. The products she advised were inexpensive and the routine she now has to follow far easier to manage. Nurses were all keen to offer care, and talk, which I appreciated, it's easy to get in your own head, and I appreciated the distraction! One thing I would comment on is that there is always a long wait. I was asked to arrive at 8:30am, but I didn't actually have my procedure until 10:30, which gave lots of time to think. A more streamlined appointment process would be helpful

I was on the waiting list( specialist )for the extraction of my wisdom tooth and when I went to the appointment the infection was not so bad so the dentist was able to take it out, Such a relief for me, so I can have Christmas without having to worry about the pain.
