We had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Carter during our baby’s tongue-tie procedure. From the moment we walked in, she made us feel completely at ease. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and treated our baby with so much gentleness and care. Fantastic consultant - very patient, explained everything carefully and listened to me (which was very important for me due to previous issues). Dr Sujaya looked at my shoulder/ neck problems wider, took time to analyse a lot of MRI scans and never rushed with anything - I felt I got all needed attention. I came with neck/ shoulder pain but he also helped me with checking the status of a disc which popped 2 years ago and was treated by his colleague in the past. Great professional and I fully trusted his expertise and grateful for very calm and warm communication (which helps a lot during stressful situations). If any more problems, I will definitely come back to the same consultant.

I am writing this review after my second video link conversation with Dr. Jeczmien. He didn't make me feel inadequate which enabled me to open up to him. It has taken me years to admit to myself that I needed help and I have finally found and taken the first step to hopefully stop chasing my tail and start to lead a normal life. If this review helps you to also take the first step to reach out for help I am over the moon for you. I was diagnosed as dyslexic at the age of 8years - I am now 46 years old. I didn't want another label but at least I now know I am ADHD a whole weight has been lifted and I am looking forward to try to have an organised life in the future.

My appointment with Miss Panter herself was excellent. She answered my questions very helpfully and proposed a treatment plan which was exactly what I’d come for, with careful explanations and kindness. I found there was quite a high level of confusing and duplicated ‘admin’ in the run-up to the appointment: emails requiring me to fill in form after form in an unhelpful (to both of us), confusing and anxiety-provoking way. But the actual appointment with my consultant was very good.

Oh my Davide was fantastic for our gender scan. We got to see way more than we anticipated, its little arms, legs, everything was explained to us, got to hear the heartbeat and have a usb to keep the memories. I highly recommend a private scan. We are planning to come back around 26 weeks and maybe again in the 30s as it can be quite some time between scans on NHS. Honestly highly recommend, friendly, open to questions and amazingly professional! Thank you!

Everything was excellent. Staff were kind, friendly and efficient without exception. My only concern is that there does not seem to have been a good reason for the 14 week wait after referral. It seemed clear that Newmedica would have had capacity to complete the procedure sooner but apparently the NHS would not pay for this flexibility. My sight deteriorated in that time so that was a personal negative.

I go for the Laser treatments as I find them, combined with a course of advanced skin care products (brought from Dr KTB), the most beneficial and I get comments on my results all the time.

Overall, it was a great experience. My only suggestion would be to consider allowing patients to complete any required forms online in advance of their appointment. Being asked to fill out paper forms upon arrival—particularly after having already completed information online—feels a little outdated and could be streamlined for greater convenience.

I saw Dr Lewis Raiman and he was great. Very welcoming, listening and providing detailed explanation on diagnostic and treatment. I really felt that he is knowledgeable and experienced and felt in great hands. Even as he was doing the scan, he took time to explain to me what I was looking at and where we could see the inflammation. I recommend !
