Both of my clinicians were friendly and professional. In particular, Hannah Geary was excellent - reading my report from her, I felt she really listened and understood my situation and experiences. A few negative points: I arrived around 5-10 minutes early for my in-person appointment and no one from Skylight was listed on the outside of the clinic. I tried to speak to someone else on the buzzer list, but they couldn't help. I then rang the Skylight number and got an answer machine. Only then did my clinician arrive - he said he didn't know my appointment was at 9.30am as he never does appointments that early. This was an unnecessarily stressful experience, and when relaying this to Hannah Geary, she asked for my permission to escalate this. The wait time on communication was much longer than I would have expected. My report was also delayed because my early developmental questionnaire was somehow not linked to my profile. I received initial emails saying everything was complete in October, but then the eight-week timeline passed and I had to chase up. Had someone contacted me earlier to say there was a problem (which was easily rectified), I would not have had to wait an extra month to get my final report. I also haven't received confirmation that my request for extra sessions has been acknowledged and a rough timeline for these, so will follow up on email.

After trying to get my varicose veins sorted for years, (and unfortunately them getting worse over those years) I finally decided to get treatment from UK Vein Clinic in Manchester. I have had both legs treated using both ablation and foam therapy. The whole process was fantastic. I was treated so kindly by my Dr and the lovely nurses. They explained everything and took great care of me, ensuring I was comfortable. The process was very quick and I felt little discomfort. I was informed of everything happening and lots of aftercare tips. I am so glad that I chose UK Vein Clinic for treatment, their care has been fantastic right from booking a consultation to now, just after treatment. I’m still in my stockings but I am looking forward to the progress over the next few months. Thank you so much.

I was looked after by Paz on arrival, and she did my my initial assessments. I then met with Dr Pattle for further assessments, and then a Portuguese chap whose name I can't recall, for the cardio tests. All were superb, very professional, personable, and informative. The speed at which my test results were available was actually astounding. Most had been done within hours, and the remainder the next day. My written assessment by the consultant came less than 48 hours after my physical assessment and was incredibly detailed and informative, with some really great actionable insights.

I can’t recommend Dr Mistry highly enough. I first met him when I was at my lowest, and his support and treatment plan helped me navigate an incredibly difficult period. He is deeply caring and attentive, which made it easy to build trust and talk through the hardest things. He consistently offers different options, clearly explains the trade-offs, and leaves the final choice with you. I never felt pressured into a single “one-size-fits-all” plan. Although he is very clinical and pragmatic in the best way, every consultation felt like a safe space for any emotion

Unfortunately, having burnt my fingers and subsequently acquired an infection, I rang the Centre at 10.00. am and asked for an urgent appointment to see a general practitioner. The receptionist offered me two appointments, one at 11.40 am and one at 1.00 pm. I took the earlier appointment and was seen within 10 minutes by Dr Porter. She was very efficient, warm and understanding. I was prescribed medication, which was supplied by the clinic's pharmacy and back in my office by midday. Excellent service, and I thoroughly recommend Centennial

His kindness and assurance to my mum during her treatment, he was absolutely amazing and he actually involved me as much as he could. The admin side of things was a bit bad. Had the wrong shoulder down for surgery and even though said it would be changed still had the wrong shoulder listed on day of surgery. Unfortunately I am in the process of compiling an official complaint regarding the nurse I had on the day of my surgery, worst nurse I have ever had in my 52 years on Thai earth. Truly awful and needs to be removed from the ward.

I went to see Mr Haslam due to me having pain in my knee and the feeling of it grinding every time I walked up stairs or bend my knee the pain was horrendous during bedtime and I felt like I needed to get into my knee cap and give it a good rub.
