I really can't recommend Pride in Health enough. After wanting to pursue HRT (mircodosing testosterone) for about 4 years, I was pretty anxious to start navigating the private route after giving up waiting for an NHS appointment. I had in fact initially already booked an assessment with a different private clinic, but after reading more recommendations about PinH I decided to cancel my other assessment and switch to them and I am so happy I did! The team has been truly fantastic - the response time to any queries (and I've had many) has been very fast, often in a few hours, or at most a couple of days. My initial assessment was a really affirming experience - the assessor was incredibly kind, understanding, and I walked away feeling more affirmed in my identity rather than feeling I was being diagnosed with something 'faulty'. The PinH team were amazing with trying to move my appointments along as quickly as possible, despite some curveballs, as I was going away for a month and trying to pick up my prescription before then. In all, PinH has really offered truly affirming trans healthcare, rather than anything just trying to profit of gender affirming care - the fact it seems to be the quickest and cheapest private route too on top of everything else is really just amazing. I recently visited 55 Moorgate, Cleveland Clinic London, and had the privilege of being seen by Dr. Maniyar, who is truly an exceptional neurologist. From start to finish, my experience was outstanding. Dr. Maniyar's expertise, professionalism, and compassionate approach made me feel completely at ease and confident in the care I received. He took the time to listen attentively, explain everything clearly, and ensure I felt supported throughout the consultation. The entire team at Cleveland Clinic London, from the front-of-house staff to the clinical team, were equally impressive. Everyone was welcoming, efficient, and highly professional, creating a seamless and stress-free experience. The attention to detail and genuine care provided by the staff made a significant difference in my visit. Cleveland Clinic London at 55 Moorgate is a world-class facility, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. Dr. Maniyar and the entire team set the standard for exceptional healthcare. I needed a review of my orthotics, as they were now about two years old. In the last few months, the practice has moved down a floor in the building, resulting in a far airier, far more modern and far more pleasant environment, and it also means that they are finally able to expand the practice, While it’s still a work in progress, the upgrade to the environment is fantastic! What’s not changed is that Hugo and Matt remain the most excellent orthosis techs that I’ve ever dealt with. They are both charming, efficient, attentive to detail and professional. The key advantage of the practice is that they follow the French method of both designing and creating your orthotics while you are there. The result was that s always, I waked out with a remedy for the minor issues that had arisen since my last orthotics were made. They may have been, as Hugo put it, “minor changes”, but they’ve made major improvements to how I stand, how I walk and how I feel. I’d recommend them without hesitation.

I had a consultation with Dr. Milica Perovic and was told I would receive a letter with my test results and scan findings shortly afterward. However, I only received them after several follow-ups. Although her secretary had confirmed that the results were ready on a Monday, I did not receive them until the following Friday, when I escalated the issue to HCA and filed a formal complaint, which was quite frustrating. When I asked the doctor for more detailed information about my medications—the very reason I had chosen to go private for a second opinion—I was simply told to check back with my GP, which was disappointing. Additionally, I was informed on the day of the appointment that the consultation, scan, and blood tests were all included in the total cost. However, I later received an unexpected invoice for the blood tests. Overall, there was poor communication and unclear information regarding both results and fees.

I came to Emilie’s clinic to prepare for surgery and to get help with some ongoing gut health issues. Thanks to her support and guidance, my recovery went really smoothly. She also adjusted her recommendations afterwards to make sure I stayed on track. During the treatment, I ended up with some unrelated muscular discomfort, and Emilie was kind enough to in one of our sessions, offer advice that helped ease that too. One of the biggest things I’ve taken away from working with her is discovering the low FODMAP approach. It’s made a huge difference to my gut health, and the recipes she shared are now household favourites, they’re simple, tasty, and everyone enjoys them. Emilie is incredibly easy to talk to and I always felt comfortable during our sessions. I had been experiencing some knee pain so contacted after seeing an advertisement in the gym and lady on the phone recommended how I could have a 15 minute free consultation. Dan contacted the following day and after giving a couple of possibilities of what he said it sounded like suggested a face to face appointment. This was then scheduled for the following week. From the assessment Dan could pin point what was wrong and set me up with some exercises to try and see if it helped. He gave me advise of continuing to do the activities I enjoyed but if the pain level got to 5 or above to reduce or stop. From the exercises and advise that Dan gave me my knee pain declined then completely went. I had my next appointment 3 weeks later and received some more advice on exercises to try to prevent future injuries.

I had an upper blephoraplasty and lower pinch operation on my eyes. From the initial consultation through to the operation and follow up appointments all of the staff have been amazing. They are friendly, professional and very reassuring, which is essential when you are a nervous patient. Nothing is too much trouble. The clinic is spotless and has a very calm and welcoming atmosphere. My surgeon, Professor Miranda, fully explained the procedure and is friendly and approachable. Lewis who is the surgical coordinator is an absolute gem and a pleasure to talk with. Overall, I highly recommend the clinic

Mr Ghani, after a thorough examination of my foot, explained in detail the issue with the healing of my foot. Arranged for scans, to provide a clearer picture for him, and recommendations of actions to take to my G.P Throughout the allocated time of the appointment he covered all issues ensuring I understood the way forward. He went out of his way to follow up the X-ray results advising additional scans. He also apologised for the long wait for my follow up appointment with him, end of December, albeit completely out of his control as I am an NHS patient. My gratitude to him.

From the start I felt that I was in capable hands with Mr Whitwell. He explained the issues with my hips and my options. I chose to have total replacement of both my hips after being in constant pain for a couple of years. I am just recovering from my second surgery. His team were excellent and I was very well cared for throughout. I had very little pain and my wound healed very cleanly and quickly. Mr Whitwell has changed my life. I am now getting back to gardening, walking in nature and enjoying a pain free life. I will always be grateful for his expert care and expertise.

Dr O’Dwyer saw me despite an issue with the appointment booking so I wasn’t on the list. He examined me in more detail than any of the other neurologists I had seen for the same symptoms on the NHS and identified issues not previously noted. I actually felt listened to for the first time.
