At every step, he balanced professional rigour with kindness and empathy, always making us feel heard, supported, and understood. As parents, we often felt overwhelmed by a system that can be confusing and fragmented, yet Dr Masud stood firmly beside us throughout. He advocated for my son, guided us through crucial decisions, and made himself available in moments when we felt lost (even at 1am in the morning). His involvement quite literally changed the trajectory of my son’s care and gave us hope at a time when hope was in short supply. Dr Masud is a shining light in a very difficult landscape. We would recommend him wholeheartedly to any family in need of a clinician who is not only exceptionally skilled, but also profoundly caring. My son was born with severe club foot in both feet, and his condition was very worrying from the beginning. His treatment started on the 5th day after his birth. Today, at just 2 years old, my son can walk, run, do all his daily activities, and has even started playing football. An excellent experience over all ; - Making an appointment to see Mr. Kevin Oneill was handled both professionally and warmly by Ruby Bhangu . - The receptionist ( sorry can not remember her name )at the welcome desk On Monday 8th 5.oo pm , was again friendly and professional - My appointment with Mr. ONeill was brilliant , clear discussion's and clear explanations for him which made me feel confident and in good hands , his demeanour was excellent and he talked with me in a way that I fully understood. - After my appointment MR. ONeill personally handed me over to the young lady who brought me to his office and she kindly directed me to one of the assistants who booked my MRI and Xray . Both of these team were again very professional but also made me feel they truly cared . Over all I feel extremely thankful to have such support .

I felt put at ease right away. David took his time and made me feel that he was taking care in what he was doing. He was also good at explaining what he was doing as he worked through the procedure. He explained the risks and that it might not work and I was aware of when he had to change an approach. I appreciated that he did not just try to make it work but thought through the full outcome and what options he could try. He never came across as anything other than professional and in full control even though this was a tricky procedure due to the lack of tooth left. He also allowed me time to ask questions and didn't make me feel that I didn't need to know. The dental nurse was also very good and very calm. They worked extremely well together and I felt comfortable with the support she provided.

Dr Laura takes her time to explain everything to me, and she even manages to teach me some medical stuff considering I am a medical student! She is always keen to involve my family and ensure I am fully supported. She has helped me navigate several gynaecology conditions that I have recently been investigated for and diagnosed with. She continues to follow up with me and ensure I am well looked after. She looks at me from head to toe and listens to each of my concerns, no matter what they are, with compassion. She is a true angel who I was blessed with to have as my doctor. I will always sing her praises she is truly phenomenal. I am beyond lucky to have her looking after me. She is my inspiration for when I graduate and become a doctor.

My experience at the hospital was excellent from start to finish. The room was extremely comfortable and well appointed, which certainly helped with rest and recovery, but what truly made the experience exceptional was the nursing team. The nurses were absolutely superb in every way — kind, attentive, professional, and endlessly patient. Nothing was ever too much trouble, no matter the time of day or how small the request. I was made to feel safe, cared for, and genuinely supported throughout my stay. I am incredibly grateful for the outstanding care I received and would not hesitate to recommend this hospital to others.

I had an urgent issue with my back and Ms. Aamina Saeed was able to book me in right away. She was incredibly professional and attentive from the moment I arrived. Her massage, cupping, and use of the power gun were all excellent, and she immediately understood where my trigger points were without me having to explain much. I felt truly cared for and in very capable hands. She is efficient, skilled, and highly knowledgeable. I’m very grateful for her help and would highly recommend her to anyone in need of physiotherapy.

I cannot thank enough Dr Loh for his help. I have to attend regular skin checks and, after attending multiple visits with several consultants, I was lucky enough to meet Dr Loh at the Mole Clinic. Dr Loh was very attentive and helpful during his consultations for mole checks and removal. He explained the procedure in detail and made me feel less anxious. Also, the skin scars are now barely visible. Now I feel in good hands and will contact him again in the future for any further checks or consultations.

Very good overall. Minor gripes only would be the limited parking, limited capacity in waiting areas and that some seating is too low to meet the needs of hip / knee patients . The roll out of the new call centre facility makes for a patchy experience at times and it’s concerning that online accounts fail to show all patient appointments - even with the consultants - which may lead to confusion and potential missed appointments. Work in progress and will surely iron out in time.

Grace waudby took my initial assessment on a video link she took her time and explained every and asked about everything. The assignment was supposed to be 30mins it took longer. When I went in for the viscual assessment she came and introduced herself again. Which was nice she did but never had too. That show me that she is very thoughtful and caring about my journey though this hard process thank you grace all the best in your future

I had an excellent experience. The location was easy to find and parking was available on site. The staff were really friendly on arrival and there was nice quiet areas to sit and wait. DR Pradhan was great in explaining all the procedure and understanding my circumstances. She took lots of time to answer any questions and give me all the information I needed. I would recommend MUMS to anyone needed any of the services they offer.
