I cannot praise the ward staff highly enough. Throughout my stay, every member of the team was supportive, understanding, patient, and always willing to help. They played such an important role in my recovery, providing reassurance, kindness, and encouragement whenever I needed it. The level of care and compassion shown by the staff was exceptional. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they always took the time to make sure I was comfortable and well looked after. Their caring and considerate approach made what could have been a difficult experience much easier. The ward itself was spotless and maintained to an incredibly high standard of cleanliness, which gave great peace of mind. The food was also excellent, with a variety of nutritious and well-prepared meals that really helped support my recovery. Thank you to all the ward staff for your professionalism, dedication, and genuine compassion. Your hard work and kindness made a huge difference, and I am truly grateful for the outstanding care I received. I would highly recommend this ward to anyone needing treatment and recovery care.

Meeting Philippe was the best thing I’ve ever done. He has been my safe place each week and helped me become the true me again which I was starting to think wouldn’t be possible. I went to see Adrian after injuring my lower back while doing squats at the gym. I felt a pop in my lower back and was struggling with basic everyday movements, so I wanted to get it looked at properly. Adrian was extremely professional and knowledgeable from the start. He used a combination of physiotherapy, cupping, acupuncture, massage and stretching to help with the injury. I noticed a significant improvement after just the first session, with much less pain and better mobility, which meant I could finally start getting back to my normal daily activities. I travelled from Salford to his clinic in the Northern Quarter specifically because I trusted his expertise, and I’m really glad I did. The treatment and rehabilitation have made a huge difference to my recovery, and I’d definitely recommend Adrian to anyone dealing with similar injuries or ongoing pain.

My recent visit withMr Adel Tavakkolizadeh was fine. However my experience with the steroid injection with one of his colleagues was not at the standard I’d expect. Firstly, there was no worries pen for him to mark where he needed to insert the needle so he had to use the end if a tube to press into my skin to make a mark which was very painful. I would not expect this level of care from an NHS department let alone a service I’m paying for. Secondly the plasters they tried to administer post injection would not adhere to my skin. Thirdly I’d felt unwell during the procedure and rather than being advised to sit for a few minutes I was simply dismissed following the procedure. Overall I was not impressed with the revel of service I received. Albeit non of this was from: Mr Adel Tavakkolizadeh who’s service on Thursday had been impeccable

As indicated in the previous star grading system. The whole experience was very good. We were advised before hand to arrive in good time. The directions to the Clinic were clear and when we arrived the reception ladies checked us in with cheerful helpful guidance on what to do next. The pre-interview ECG measure was given by a cheerful Nepalese nurse who clearly knew what she was doing and was experienced in her work and thus advised me with confidence on related matters. The discussion took place partly in English and partly in Nepalese as I am an ex Gurkha officer. The building was a pleasure to be in with a welcoming cup coffee and clean facilities. It was all very conducive to put me in a relaxed state of mind ready for my interview with Dr Bowers. All excellent. Thank you

Gold standard specialist care. This week I had a CTCA scan and follow up consultation with Dr Scott Murray following an earlier CAC scan with a worrisome high score. The care I have received from Venturi cardiology throughout this process has been exemplary - from my initial contact with Nicola, interactions with the scanning team, to video and f2f consultations with Dr Scott. I have felt well supported by a dedicated team who clearly know their stuff and who care. Dr Scott was available immediately after my scan and explained the results clearly and thoroughly, giving me time for questions, and discussing a plan going forward. For anyone seeking advanced and compassionate cardiovascular care, this is the place to come. Many thanks to Dr Scott Murray and his team!

We met Dr. Datta for the first time on my son's appointment at Spire Norwich. He was very welcoming, professional and attentive. He was respectful of my 9 year old son's presence and had a discussion with him directly rather than asking me questions about my son's healthcare needs from start to finish which I found to be very considerate and thoughtful as some people may choose to ignore the child and discuss them as if they're not present. Following this appointment our queries were responded to in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Dr. Datta to anyone seeking a professional Dr. who cares about their patients and good quality healthcare service.

I travelled all the way from Jersey to see Professor Imam, and it was absolutely worth it. After a disappointing experience with my previous surgery in Jersey, I decided to seek his expertise. The difference in care, professionalism and overall experience was remarkable. Professor Imam and his team have been outstanding, and the care I received at New Victoria Hospital has been brilliant. My recovery is going very well, and I am happy with the outcome. I am more than happy to travel from Jersey for this level of care. It has been a completely different experience, and I cannot recommend Professor Imam and his team highly enough.

Everything about the Elstree Waterfront was excellent. The only issue is with regard to registration. I have seen Dr Guttmann at various HCA locations over a number of years and the registration system can be improved by replacing the automatic email to complete a registration form with a simple statement for those with an existing patient number without any changes to HCAs records. Just say words to the effect of - 'IF YOU ARE A CURRENT PATIENT OR HAVE A PATIENT NUMBER WITHOUT ANY CHANGES TO YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION, YOU JUST NEED TO REPORT TO RECEPTION ON ARRIVAL. OTHERWISE CLICK THE LINK TO COMPLETE A REGISTRATION FORM'

My care was exceptional, I was looked after incredibly well and all the medical attention I needed was met very quickly. Had prompt access to a number of expert consultants when needed. The ward staff were kind, attentive and helpful. There were some exceptions to this and a couple of the nurses were rude, disrespectful, and dismissive but this was very rare and when I raised the issues, other staff members stepped in and supported. I would say that having the occasional issue with staff is going to happen in any hospital and would like to emphasise that this was the absolute minority of staff - most of them were amazing.

After visiting high street stores for hearing aids I thought it's time to see a professional doctor at the NHS.i had my appointment come through by doctor Khanna.on my arrival I had my hearing tested by one of the doctors staff who then passed my results to Doctor Khanna.Then I seen doctor khanna who was most helpful and professional .I felt very relaxed being in his company and his lovely staff.i should have made an appointment years ago instead of visiting high street hearing shops.Great professional doctor and his staff and I thank him so much for his help and politeness.

Made welcome by receptionist and then called in by Mr Ali to his consulting room which is very comfortable. Mr Ali went through the medical history and made it clear that he was familiar with it. He discussed each point with us, making us feel that our opinions and views were as important as his. We agreed a future course and felt very much better and settled after the consultation than before. Mr Ali is very gentle and put us at ease.

The Horder Centre

This is the second procedure I’ve had at the Horder Centre and the quality of care is incredible. The staff are so friendly and knowledgeable, nothing is too much trouble and they take time to put you at ease.
