Mr Tapuria repaired my large, quickly growing left inguinal hernia using the open technique with mesh. He explained everything with great clarity incuding all the risks of surgery and gave very clear answers to my many questions. I found him to be an extremely skilful surgeon and an excellent communicator. There was minimal post-operative pain and after the first few weeks none at all. I didn't use any of the painkillers I was given. Now 4 months after the surgery there is minimal scarring and there has not been the slightest discomfort or awareness of the mesh. The hernia is completely gone. Many thanks to Mr Tapuria and the wonderful comfortable Nuffield Health Highgate Hospital with all its fabulous friendly staff. They were all brilliant.

Mr Rose explained everything clearly what was happening step by step beforehand. I was slightly anxious before the operation and now I wished I hadn’t have been. It is only natural to be anxious but Mr Rose specialises in non invasive open heart surgery. I was sat up eating and drinking and talking a few hours after the operation. I was walking the next day and have never felt better in myself. For anyone who is scared of the procedure needn’t be, I’d have it done again in a flash. Mr koldo Azurza is very good in his approach to you. He puts you at ease throughout the consultation. He explains everything in detail and reassures you. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others. He gives you choices on what your needs are. I've got on with him from the moment we met back in December 2024. He did my first knee replacement and is now going to do my other knee replacement. I have every faith in him and trust him completely in looking after me throughout the whole process.

After an excellent chat about my lens options with Ms Lana, I agreed to have the best lenses possible, During the operation to both eyes, Lana was talking and reassuring me all the way through, putting me at ease. I would recommend to anyone to have cataracts done asap, straight away my vision was there, without the need for glasses. 4 weeks after the operation I was seen by Luna again. She was absolutely amazing offering words of advice by saying to contact her if needed. Overall 10/10

The overall experience was excellent. I rang last Friday morning around 10 to ask for an appointment to assess a skin lesion that seemed to have changed rapidly. I was given the option of seeing a GP on the following Monday or having a consultation with a dermatologist that afternoon. I decided to go for the latter option and arrived for my appointment at 15.00. By 15.30 I left the hospital with my mind put at rest so that I could enjoy the weekend.

The lady at the front reception was welcoming and kept me informed about when I would be seen . The young lady Jemima was calm and efficient and got the job done with out any problems. My visit cost me £510 for a doctors appointment plus an Ekg . The time taken between the One Hospital and my GP at Ashford partnership for a blood test. Heart exray. And an ECG plus Electro cardio grandad too almost 6 months to complete.. not the fault of the One Hospital but lack of communication from my NHS doctor .and in the same time it's taken them to send my medical report to the DVLA to enable me to drive again
