Overall this was a good experience, I had a combined assessment via NHS right to choose. I liked that I was seen in person for this. The wait times were much longer than initially expected however I believe there was a huge influx of patients at the same time that I was referred. The assessments themselves were good with understanding and knowledgeable assessors. The report which I have received is in depth although I did think there may be a professionals insight into the early developmental questionnaire whereas it is just copied into the report. I had a few queries about the report which I am waiting on the answer to and also have asked for it to be sent to my GP which hasn't been done yet but again, this is the lacking wait times. Apart from the wait times, the service was great and I am thankful for their help. I think my referral was made in March 2025 and I am writing this review in December 2025.

This was my first visit to this lovely private GP practice. Lots of parking and ground floor facility was the first tick. Lovely big bright windows another tick creating brightness in what is usually not available in most other medical establishments. No sooner on the door I was greeted with smiles and courtesy from the lovely, friendly receptionists who welcomed me and offered me refreshments. Plenty of books and magazines if I wanted but didn't need them as I was taken at my exact appointment time, another big tick. My GP, Dr Fiona Moore came out to greet me and as I'd completed an online form with my reason for attending she was on the ball with what was required. She was so relaxed and friendly I felt like I'd known her for a long time and I felt at ease answering any questions. Having examined me she knew what the issue was and reassured me. Overall a brilliant experience.

I could not rate Dr. Blackburn highly enough. I had multiple consultations with highly rated surgeons, most of whom had larger social media presence, but immediately felt at ease with Dr. Blackburn. He made me feel incredibly confident I was in the right hands with him, both from seeing the results of his work and him being clear he’s a real perfectionist but also because he’s very upfront about realistic results, what is possible, recovery time etc. The whole process from start to finish with him has been a great experience. He’s made it clear he’s only a phone call or message away if any problems arise now I’ve been signed off. I am so pleased with the end result - the surgery has truly been life changing and has had a hugely positive impact on my life. I wish I had done it sooner! Thank you Adam.

It's two days since I had major surgery at St Hugh's hospital in Cleethorpes. I still find my eyes tearing up with gratitude at how well they have cared for me. Their consultants are of the highest calibre. And all the staff on the wards, from nurses through to the kitchen, are a joy to witness. Their happiness at work permeates through every nook and cranny. They have looked after not just my body, but my emotions and my dignity. Major surgery is always stressful, but the aftercare I had at St Hugh's has given me a headstart in my recovery. All credit too, to the wise and judicious management in the background. Only good managers could maintain a team who are so united and happy in their jobs. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Mr Jarvis was extremely professional and dedicated. He wasted no time in arranging tests and scans to determine the cause of my discomfort. He was very clear and transparent about the treatment I received. I immediately received reports outlining the procedures and their findings which was extremely comforting. His dedication knew no bounds, when he personally followed up reports needed from Radiology. This, combined with the constant follow ups from his secretary Victoria, resulted in a prompt diagnosis, enabling me to continue with a previously booked trip abroad. Absolutely brilliant personal care.

I have had a niggley back for some time due to swimming and playing netball and not done anything about it. However I have got much stiffer and one side of my lower back became painful so reached out to Oseteopath West. Lisa diagnosed my sacroilliac joint was disfunctioning (lol) and did some.hands on treatment and dry needling. All I can say is wow as the pain has gone and more importantly I know what is going on and what I need to do to.prevent this on going. Thank you Lisa for your professional service. I will be back if I need to and will definitely recommend your services.

I usually feel quite embarrassed and anxious about gynecology appointments, but my experience with Dr. Priyanka Patel and the staff was truly amazing. From the moment I arrived, everyone made me feel at ease and treated me with so much kindness and respect. Dr. Patel was incredibly gentle, patient, and understanding. She took the time to walk me through the entire procedure step by step, which really helped calm my nerves and made me feel comfortable and in control. With a history of long term sunbed use and holidays abroad i decided to book an appointment for a skin check. The check was done manually and not a machine like other clinics advertise. The nurse was extremely friendly and I felt comfortable straight away. She conducted the examination and fed back to me on everything she found as she went along. I had a few questions to ask regarding sun exposure and found her very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend the clinic and have gained lots of information I can use for the future.

I cannot fault the Horder for it's professional, friendly and attention to detail approach. The theatre team were amazing, really helped to reduce my fears, I was terrified prior to surgery. Sedation before spinal was a really good decision. Tiny blip by the admin team regarding my low BP was very quickly out right prior to surgery. Falls Risk, Infection Control, Medication, Food was excellent as were the porters and x ray team post surgery

Had a hip replacement and saw Mr Dinah at St Anthony's Hospital. Had a very good consultation with him. Everything was explained. My operation was soon done on the 24th October and I have gone from pain, back to my normal life.
