Professor Paul Chatrath was kind, compassionate and exceptionally understanding of the symptoms I had been struggling with. He took the time to listen carefully, allowing me to fully explain my concerns and the significant impact they were having on my daily life. I never felt rushed or dismissed, and genuinely felt heard and understood. He was exceptionally knowledgeable, thorough and professional throughout my treatment. He took the time to clearly explain my condition, the available options to me and the next steps, ensuring I always felt informed. Following each appointment, I received a detailed summary letter outlining everything that had been discussed and agreed. I found this helpful and reassuring, particularly as some of the conversations could be overwhelming given the significant impact my symptoms had had on me. Having everything in writing meant I could refer back to the information afterwards with confidence. It was a massive relief to finally feel genuinely heard and understood by someone who was able to identify the problem and provide an effective solution. The outcome of my surgery was successful and has made a significant and genuinely positive difference to my day to day life. I am extremely grateful for the excellent care, expertise, professionalism and compassion Professor Chatrath showed throughout my treatment. In January 2024 a raised PSA level led to my GP suggesting I have an MRI scan, then followed the news that I had Prostate Cancer. As so often is the case, there were no symptoms whatsoever. So began my NHS cancer journey with regular PSA tests and an LATP biopsy, not under GA, which was one of the most uncomfortable things I have ever experienced (I am 66 years old). This revealed cancer Gleason 3+3. My PSA levels continued to rise so I had another MRI in December 2025 which, I was told, showed no difference to the original. I wasn't comfortable with the diagnosis, did some research online and found a video on HIFU by The Focal Therapy Clinic. I had a call with Raj Nigam and booked an LATP biopsy in April 2026 at the Mount Alvernia Hospital in Guildford under GA. There were actually two lesions, one on each side of the prostate, cancer Gleason 4+3, so far more serious. After a PSMA scan showed no cancer outside the prostate Mr Nigam was able to carry out HIFU in May 2026 also at Mount Alvernia Hospital. I cannot recommend Mr Nigam and the team at MA highly enough, the care I received was excellent and I am still sending PSA results to him for monitoring of my condition. I'm happy to say that my PSA has dropped to the expected level so great news. Like many people who have paid into the NHS for many years, I feel slightly resentful that I have to 'go privately'. All I will say is that 'it is what it is' and if you are considering this route and you can afford it, please don't hesitate. Best wishes, Mark

We found Dr Kulkarni during an incredibly stressful period when our son was only a few months old as we were struggling to find the right physician and diagnosis given our son showed symptoms of stomach issues and had a few months of Colic. It was Dr Kulkarni who helped resolve and find a conclusion and through lab tests and through his years of experience managed to provide a diagnosis of lactose intolerance. From there he helped navigate our journey including finding the right formula. What is incredibly important to emphasize is that Dr Kulkarni is a fantastic listener and is always open to hear concerns and makes you feel at ease in otherwise stressful situations and therefore as a parent you feel heard and supported. Separately, Dr Kularni and his personal assistant Val, work tirelessly and will always try to squeeze an appointment in at short notice when urgent and will find time to call you back for results or discuss any concerns you have. Over the past two years we have visited Dr Kulkarni many times and is our sons paediatrician - we are incredibly grateful for him. Dr Kulkarni is a wonderful paediatrician and can’t recommend him more highly - in fact we have shared his details with other parents.

Referred for cataract surgery by optician. Contacted by New Medica within two weeks for a assessment check. Very professional. I chose NHS as my surgery was not urgent. Previously I had had surgery by Usman Hussain and was really pleased with result and care. I mentioned this and was immediately placed on Mr Hussain's NHS list. From arrival at New Medica to leaving the care was professional but very friendly and reassuring. Mr Hussain was his welcoming self and made me feel immediately at ease. The aftercare was reassuring and friendly not rushed. I came home and felt reassured that if there was a problem then I could contact them. The next day I received a phone call from the centre part of the aftercare. This again was reassuring. I can reccommend New Medica in every way a thoroughly professional and caring organisation.

She administered her chickenpox vaccine and booked her in on the same day, even though we were also there for a couple of other concerns — she handled everything thoroughly and without rushing us. What stood out most was how warm and engaged she was, taking the time to interact our daughter directly and put her at ease, while also clearly explaining everything to us as parents. A week later, she even followed up by phone to check how our daughter was doing and to answer some further questions we had — all without charging any extra for what was, on paper, just a vaccine visit. It's rare to find a pediatrician this attentive and genuinely caring. Highly recommend her to any parent looking for a doctor who goes above and beyond

Prof. Adrian is incredibly knowledgeable, reassuring and clear in his explanations. He has an excellent manner with both children and adults, taking the time to explain what is happening in a way that children can understand when they are the patient. His gentle and reassuring approach immediately puts them at ease and makes what could otherwise be a daunting experience feel much less scary. My son has been twice!! Two ACL reconstructions with one meniscus repair, but both times the operation outcome was excellent and he felt supported & reassured throughout - even a few months later when he felt some twinges and was scared something had happened to the new ACL, his questions were answered quickly and with reassurance and his mind put at ease.

I came to see Mr Osbourne(Alan) on recommendation of another Dr. Over several appointments Mr Osbourne explained all my options to me with complete clarity and made sure I knew exactly what I was undertaking before going ahead with treatment. His bedside manner is calm, pleasant and easy going, but very, very professional. From beginning to end of my treatment from him was wonderful, and I have had open access to email and discuss any worries or concerns that I may have out of consultation time. I couldn't have asked for a better surgeon, or follow up care. I would recommend Mr Osbourne to ANYONE who is thinking of undergoing bariatric treatment, because both he and his team are amazing and you really do get well looked after.

The operation was carried out under epidural anaesthetic and I was awake the whole time. I was relaxed and listened to music and the conversation of the doctors and nurses as they carried out the procedure. A large cast was put on my ankle and I was released the following day with specific instruction not to put any weight on my right foot. After 3 weeks the cast was removed although still no weight baring. 6 weeks after the surgery I was seen again by Dr Nanavati, all visible wounds were healed well and the pain had sustained apart from my rear ankle region. X-rays showed I was continuing to improve. I had to complete another 6 weeks in the boot taking a few steps daily but no need to wear the boot in bed.

Debi is very attentive and provides plenty of time to assess and deal with the underlying issues that a child may be suffering with. Our 13 year old daughter does not open up very easily to discuss her issues with a GP but Debi made her very comfortable and she trusted Debi immediately to talk through her problems. We last visited Debi in 2021 and from the good memories of that visit we insisted with our private medical insurer Vitality that we would like to be matched with Debi again. We would highly recommend Debi as a paediatrician who listens, assesses and provides excellent service to ensure that your visit is worthwhile. She never rushes to finish an appointment

I am so glad I had my consultation and procedure with Mr Biswas. I was a bit nervous about seeing a male gynocologist as it is such a personal matter. However Mr Biswas was very professional, calm, knowledgable and empathetic. I would 100% recommend him and for any future issues I would prefer to see him. I had a hysteroscopy with Mr Biswas under local anaesthetic. It was comfortable, he ensured I was ok throughout and offered more anaesthetic if I needed it. It was very quick and wasn’t too bad.
