I had jaw surgery and a wisdom tooth removed, Mr Chiu and his team were very clear about what they would be doing and how my recovery would be. I did have particularly bad swelling and a tough recovery but Mr Chiu was very helpful at explaining all of this and providing information on how to properly recover. The other team members were also very helpful and recommended I rent the face mask cooler to aide my recovery which really helped speed up the swelling going down. My post ops have been extremely good and informative and I have left each one very happy both with the appointment and the progress following surgery. I have anxiety and Mr Chiu was really kind at putting me at ease and letting me know I could take my medication. I am really happy with the outcome of the surgery and how I have recovered. I have had a really positive experience with Mr Chiu and his team and am extremely grateful to all of them!

There are only good things to be said about Vermillion. From the friendly welcome on reception on my first\every visit, through the countless appointments with orthodontics, prosthodontics, hygiene and x-ray, everyone and everything was spot on. The coordination and communication between the different departments through the course of my 17 months of treatment was super professional and the outcome is nothing sort of exceptional. Special shout out to Chris for getting my teeth in fantastic shape for the prosthodontics and to Photini for the wizardry she demonstrated with the rebuilding work. I was honestly lost for words when I seen my renovated smile for the first time. We first saw Dr Burmester when our son was dealing with a prolonged series of illnesses. She was extremely thorough with her diagnostics, explained everything to us very clearly, and guided his recovery in a way that made us feel calm, reassured, and well supported throughout a very stressful time. She was also incredibly generous with her time, answering multiple follow-up questions via email, which was immensely comforting for us as anxious parents. We have been seeing her for over six months now and I would highly recommend her — she is knowledgeable, caring, and someone we trust completely with our child’s care. My recent visits with Isabella have been nothing short of outstanding. When I first started, I was dealing with a bad back and had very little hope of returning to the gym. Over the past six months, the progress has been incredible—I’m now feeling better than I have in a long time. Isabella’s approach is always goal-focused and tailored to what I want to achieve, with every session building progressively on the last. She consistently checks in to make sure improvements are happening and adjusts treatment as needed. On top of that, she’s an incredibly supportive and accommodating person to work with, especially when it comes to scheduling. I genuinely couldn’t recommend her more to anyone needing physiotherapy and long-term results.

Apart from the appointment running about 30 minutes late everything was fine. Mr Humza Malik was very professional and courteous. From the minute I walked into the room he greeted me with kindness. He explained at great length what the operation entailed. He also gave me worse case scenarios so I was aware of exactly what to expect. That gave me great confidence. He asked if I had any concerns or fears which gave me a lot of reassurance that I was in safe hands. I also appreciate the fact that he thought it was important to meet his patients prior to their operation which made me feel relaxed.

My recent visit to the Fortius Clinic for removal of stitches and a post operative assessment was short, on time and to the point. The staff at Cathedral Clinic were very professional and tried to make me comfortable. However the actual procedure was not an enjoyable experience. having anaesthetic injected into my eye was very traumatic and having gone through the procedure before and it not 100% and having to return for Laser. I so hope that my left eye will not have the same result. Overall I would recommend the clinic and staff to anyone who has to have the procedure done. Bernadette M.
