Her calm, reassuring presence made a world of difference, especially as my due date approached. During labor and delivery, Dr. Mellon was compassionate, attentive, and incredibly skilled—everything you could hope for in such an important moment. I felt safe in her hands every step of the way. I cannot thank Dr. Mellon enough for helping bring my daughter into the world with such kindness and professionalism. I went into The London Clinic for a Gastroscopy and Colonoscopy under general anaesthetic. I was quite anxious when I first arrived in the theatre ward as I had a migraine and also had to walk a long way and ascend a busy lift from my room to the theatre on the other side of the hospital and I had been fasting for 24 hours at that point. Dr Rajendran visited me before the anaesthetic and he was very patient and kind and spent a lot of time with me explaining what to expect, he made me feel calm and relaxed. After the procedure he visited me once I had woken up and explained what he had found. I then had a follow-up telephone call with him a few days later where he was again very patient and able to explain everything to me in great detail. It is very much appreciated. Thank you.

The overall experience was excellent. As an NHS patient I felt I waited too long which affected my mental health and mobility, this wait has impacted on my recovery. I would have waited even longer if I hadn’t gone to my GP and asked for my operation to be escalated. The whole process took six months of physio initial NHS xray took a further 5 months to see the consultant then a further 4 and a half months for op. This has been a nightmare. I am however extremely appreciative of my operation and the treatment I have received during my stay at Hoarders. Also on the discharge sheet I was given a number to call for worries and questions once I got home this number was however not answered and my answer phone message was not called back.

I was delighted by Cardiff Gate. I had a PSA blood panel. I would be HUGELY delighted if you would consider the following: Blood tests at Sancta in Swansea could gather blood work across greater Swansea Bay. As a suggestion to you, please consider offering that on ONE of your 2 visits per week to Sancta. say, offer morning bloods? Then charge clients a small extra fee to cover a courier to run them all back to Cardiff at midday. You don't really offer such a Bloods service ain Swansea at the moment and it would cover its costs and bring in regular business.

Send emails which are either not replied to or replied weeks later with no result. Would actively dissuade anyone from using Skylight as my experience has been appalling from the start

After a week of therapy I was broken down under to face my weaknesses, I am now leaving AHC with optimism and awareness of my weaknesses and failings. Looking forward to aftercare
