I was very impressed with Dr. Viegas’ professionalism and care. His calm and empathetic demeanour immediately put me at ease and made me feel truly heard and understood. The time spent during the consultation was extremely valuable — especially as we travelled from outside London to seek his expertise. Dr. Viegas took the time to review my case thoroughly, connecting the dots between my past investigations and the in-person tests we did on the day. I also appreciated how he recommended clear next steps with an appropriate sense of urgency, which is very important given my condition. I was also reassured to learn that he would be happy to see me at his NHS clinic at Charing Cross Hospital. It means a lot, especially as he is the first specialist neurologist I’ve seen in the UK who has taken such a comprehensive and thoughtful approach. The reception team were kind, welcoming, and very helpful throughout. Overall, the entire experience was excellent and I left feeling confident and well cared for.

As a family our experience of Luxe Psychology Practice has been excellent. Jade developed instant rapport with my daughter who initially needed help for separation anxiety. My daughter really engaged with Jade during her weekly sessions and we were able to apply a number of practical coping strategies that were child friendly. Jade was able to put my daughter at ease and make the sessions both fun and practical whilst teaching emotional regulation strategies. Over the course of my daughter’s sessions Jade has always been professional, supportive and has always made to time to ensure we as parents know exactly how we can best support our child. I would highly recommend Jade and Luxe Psychology Practice.

I had a telephone consultation with Andrew. He put me at ease and checked on my well being. He gave me my medical update in calm, clear and professional way. I asked about latest CD4 stats and he explained in a way I understood how these were less important than safe viral load. He supported me with a new problem, regarding moving location on ongoing health care coverage. He also dealt with a question I had regarding future medical options and research very well. My appointment was as pleasant and smooth as it could have been, the consultant i saw was extremely helpful, thorough and pleasant, i couldn’t have asked to see a nicer doctor. She is incredibly knowledgeable and I am always so impressed how much she remembers about our previous appointments, small details that I can’t imagine would be noted down. Rachael, the clinic coordinator, was also super helpful rebooking my appointment and was very quick to respond to my email.

Initial consultation explained that I would require a half knee replacement, the operation was carried out successfully with only one night in hospital, I was able to walk without crutches after 2 weeks. Now six weeks later I am using an exercise bike as recommended by physio with continued improvement. I fully recommend Mr Hersh Deo who l have found to be an excellent surgeon and has been professional throughout my knee surgery.

First attendance was for my daughter, we were seen within the time of the appointment. all staff were extremely polite and also helpful in regards to assisting with questions. The facilities are at an excellent level, clean and well presented. Ensuite rooms with bathroom/changing room in the outpatients consulting rooms. Overall welcoming and good environment especially as its a Hospital.

Staff were very attentive and caring immediately after my procedure, during the evening, and the following day. They checked on my progress and administered pain relief throughout the day. However , on my second night the staff were busy with other patients, and I hardly saw any of them. I actually had to press the call button about 10 times, and shout out for help to get me to the toilet.

I had my baby at the Fitzrovia Suite on 29th September and spent 2 days there. The suite was spotless and very comfortable. Dr. Shalini, the anesthetist, and the entire team were exceptional. Special thanks to midwife Tasha and all the other midwives for their calm, kind, and supportive care. The food was fantastic too. Highly recommend!
