
I started working with Elle with the goal of getting my regular period back and recovering from low energy availability. I’ve also noticed significant improvements in my physical health. I’m getting sick less often, the dizzy spells have disappeared, I have more energy, and I’m no longer constantly cold.
Another thing I’m incredibly grateful for is the support Elle gave me while I was going through my ADHD diagnosis. She helped me navigate food decisions and gently challenge the rigid routines and rules I’d developed around eating.
