Walking into Spire hospital at Manchester, I was greeted by really good reception staff who listened to what I said and then made it happen. It felt very well organised. Into the wards/clinics for treatment, I was again greeted by friendly, confident staff who quickly put me at ease and explained what was to be carried out. All of my tests/treatments were carried out very professionally, on time and with care and respect. I felt comletly at ease throughtout. 5 Stars in every respexct for the clinical staff and Spire Manchester. Bad Experiencies. Dealing with the Spire Online/ Phone back office and Booking System. It was diabolical in all aspects. It appeared to be very dis-jointed and not able to pass information on internally nor take notice of what I told them. I received meaningless paperwork that bore little resemblance to what was to be done and its timeline. The night before treatment, around 8 p.m., I even received an email that told me all my procedures/ tests were to be carried out in Liverpool, not Manchester. Very poor level communications from Spire admin. very bad experience for me.

After five weeks of being injured and feeling completely ignored by others, he was the first person who truly listened to me and took my symptoms and explanations seriously. His examination was incredibly detailed, and he worked logically through my symptoms and their possible causes rather than dismissing them. Thanks to his careful approach, I finally received clear answers and the help I had been desperately needing. I was thoroughly impressed not only by his clinical expertise but also by his bedside manner. He was calm, attentive, and reassuring, which made a huge difference after such a frustrating experience. I’m so grateful to have had the most amazing experience with Eugene as my consultant. He was so kind and welcoming and made me feel at ease from start to finish. He did his absolute best to meet my birth preferences and made me feel really comfortable and listened to. I ended up needing an emergency c-section which was a huge fear of mine but it couldn’t have gone better. The surgery was quick and comfortable, and it was a beautiful, happy experience. My healing process was virtually painless and my scar looks so neat and tidy, i could not fault this birthing experience at all. This was my first visit to your clinic . I was apprehensive but was shown to the waiting area and had to wait only a couple minutes to meet Prof O’Donnell . My daughter ( a nurse ) was with me. Prof O’Donnell set me at ease straight away and explained what he was going to do . He examined both my legs and told no medical procedure was necessary and he would see me again in 3 months. He explained everything clearly and I was glad my daughter was present. I left Prof O’ Donnell’s room very relieved. He was a pleasure and a great person to meet when I was a worried patient. I thank him very much.

I booked first appointment an ultrasound with Mrs. Maria, but unfortunately, two days before my appointment I had a miscarriage. I did not cancel the appointment because I wanted to understand what was happening. Mrs. Maria was extremely polite, understanding, and—most importantly—honest, which I believe is exactly what someone needs in such a difficult situation. She guided us on which tests I need to do and provided all the necessary information with care and professionalism.Thank you for everything. The waiting area had few chairs and not enough for the people waiting. The people around there that gave me paperwork and told me where to wait, were polite and helpful. The appointment with the consultant was really distressing, I couldn't ask questions and didn't discussed with me the plan, just set up steps without getting me involved on her treatment plan. This experience was very negative from what I expected when you go to a professional asking for advice and reviewing if your body is working well. My son needed to have two teeth extracted prior to being fitted with braces the following month. The dentist was extremely caring - especially as the procedure proved to be quite difficult due to the large roots of the teeth being pulled. It took an hour for the first tooth to finally come out - and the dentist recommended that a second appointment be made to minimise the amount of trauma caused extracting both teeth in one go. The appointment was made while the procedure was still ongoing - which was very efficient and was a relief for my son.

Mr. Ho is an excellent communicator with a very calm (and calming) demeanor, and helped me decide on which lenses to opt for, what goals to aim for, and what to expect based on a variety of options. Throughout the procedures he communicated with me and made sure they were as stressless as possible. I live a very long way from Salisbury but it was worth the journey. I am extremely pleased with the outcome. My only regret is that I wish I'd had the treatment earlier. Mr Brewin is down to earth charming and Knowledgeable and I would highly recommend.
