The booking service, prior notification service, reception service, waiting-time, cleanliness of the establishment all get an excellent rating. The hygienist was not proficient or dexterous, was not well-presented, he did not have a good 'bedside manner', his customer care and overall performance was well below the usual standard for Riverside.

Super friendly team, make you feel instantly welcome. You can tell they are all one big team and enjoy working with each other. If only all dentists were like this one, i think more people would go more often!

I was a little apprehensive about having a filling replaced but the dentist and nurse made me feel safe and looked after. I trusted them to be professional and kind.
