I have been visited to the breast clinic recently. I’m very very happy with OSD Healthcare. All staffs are very friendly and supportive. My waiting time is very short and quickly finished my examination. Doctors are very friendly and helpful. I’m very pleased with the cleanliness of the premises. I highly recommend OSD Healthcare. The booking service, prior notification service, reception service, waiting-time, cleanliness of the establishment all get an excellent rating. The hygienist was not proficient or dexterous, was not well-presented, he did not have a good 'bedside manner', his customer care and overall performance was well below the usual standard for Riverside.

I had a crown fracture at lunchtime today and rang in a panicking. Was seen the same day and the issue sorted as much as was possible. Everyone was so helpful and kind.

Great experience, everyone is lovely and helpful. Highly recommend!
