Friendly and efficient reception. No waiting. Helpful nursing staff. Exemplary.

The medical staff were all very professional and friendly. My only one area of slightly less impressed is that of the reception staff. Upon each visit a large group of staff are stood behind reception chatting about plans for the evening etc, leaving people waiting where not needed. Not a major issue but not a great first impression.

As good an experience as I could have wished for with day surgery. Lovely hospital, facilities and staff. I had complete faith in my surgeon and the procedure. I was kept informed at all times and staff were the other end of the phone. I was also given lots of information to help prepare, plus recover properly. Really very happy so far, one week after the operation.

I had a positive experience with Nuffield health the staff was all friendly and welcoming and the hospital was always clean.

Receptionist are very welcoming and helpful. Well laid out waiting room with free vending machine and lots of parking

Friendly nurses upstairs, very approachable and the place was very clean.

The consultant was one hour late and his apology was less than sincere !!
