Everything I could expect

Good - no complaints

Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I was put at ease and had everything well explained. The only thing I would mention is that I spent an hour there, when I feel it could have been shorter. I had been asked to complete a medical questionnaire long before my appointment but I then had to answer all the same questions with the nurse, so a waste of time completing the form.

Friendly nurses upstairs, very approachable and the place was very clean.

Having found Monica I would not go to any other person. The level of expertise and time and care taken and the level of order and calm at the clinic make the 1 hour drive there worth it.

Obviously a very popular hospital, difficulty parking, longish wait times due to volumes of people but overall handled very efficiently
