Excellent Service and Amenities

The care and support I have received here is amazing . I always feel listened to and treated with the utmost respect. All the staff are vey friendly and are always never too busy to be there to assist me with any of my needs . The ward has a wonderful ,homely atmosphere and I think of it with great fondness always as my safe place. I can honestly say that Highlands has literally saved my life and given me the confidence and tools to move forward with my life ,which at times is extremely challenging. I came to Infinity for help with my drinking problem, and it has helped me achieve by far my longest period of sobriety ever. I started with the Day-Hab programme, which was incredibly informative, teaching me about the physical and psychological causes of addiction. I also picked up several tools for dealing with cravings, difficult emotions and triggers which help me stay sober to this day. The therapists on this course are knowledgeable, understanding and completely non-judgemental, and were very patient with me as I started my journey of sobriety. I continue to have sessions with Ian whose expertise in addiction is second to none. He is truly passionate about recovery and will go above and beyond to support your sobriety. He has persevered with me through very difficult times and picked me up after falls, guiding me through every step of life in recovery with empathy, wisdom and genuine compassion. I had tried and failed for years with different therapists and support groups, but this organisation has truly changed my life for the better. It’s no exaggeration to say that I am living a life beyond what I thought possible in recovery, and I would wholeheartedly recommend Infinity to anyone struggling with any form of addiction. My experience with Orri has been fantastic. From the moment I walked through the door, I was made to feel welcome. The entire team have been professional, accommodating and genuinely exceptional in the quality of care provided. The environment feels safe and very pro-recovery; I feel Orri have definitely been instrumental in enabling my recovery and allowing me to feel heard at every stage of my treatment. I’ve been especially impressed with how the staff have facilitated open dialogue and owned mistakes when they’ve been made. Without doubt, Orri has saved my life.

One of the best clinics in the UK. Very efficient service. The audiologists who works there is very knowledgeable and has a lot of experience in this field so you don’t have to think twice. I had recommended this clinic to one of my friends who had an ear infection, thanks to Mr Jills Kurian who was there to help, understood their situation and was prompt with rehabilitation. I Highly recommend this clinic to anyone who needs help with hearing difficulties, tinnitus, wax or any other ear related issues.

I can’t thank Sarah Swain enough for her support. I was going through the worst time in my life and I didn’t know to keep going. She has helped me to navigate through the most difficult time. She is compassionate, very knowledgeable and so personable.
