Hi All My experience was excellent from my first meeting with Ian until my most recent zoom meeting last night. The care and devotion from all the therapists is second to none. They remember every detail and nothing is too much trouble. Also, the communication and admin is spot on, providing updates from every meeting. During the meetings we have become a real group. looking out and supporting each other. I have now been dry for 8 weeks, thanks to their help and would 100% recommend the process. Please try it. Choosing Infinity Addiction Solutions was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. When I first started, I wasn’t sure if it would be enough—I worried that without the structure of inpatient treatment, I might struggle to stay on track. But looking back, I can confidently say that this program gave me the tools, support, and confidence I needed to rebuild my life while staying connected to my responsibilities. I was always skeptical about therapy before I tried it and never understood how talking could help, but Individual therapy helped me dig into the deeper issues behind my addiction and truly get to know myself, while group therapy reminded me I wasn’t alone and I got to hear other people’s stories and perspectives. Not only have I managed to stay clean, but I’ve learnt skills that have helped me to cope and thrive in all aspects of my life so for that, I am forever grateful.

The staff at Infinity could not have been more helpful. The service was efficient and transparent. Most importantly the counsellors were able to engage our son in starting his journey in managing his addiction. I cannot recommend this service highly enough.

I have found it extremely helpful, the group sessions are so informative and also key to my recovery and understanding addiction and triggers. My 1:1 sessions with my therapist are really helpful and had a massive positive impact on my recovery and mental health and overall wellbeing. They are flexible and very supportive and create an environment and relationships of trust which I find so important for me and my recovery. They go the extra mile to help you and you can tell they are genuinely invested in your recovery and wellbeing.

I would not normally write a review but if one person who takes note it will all be worth it. Infinity has changed my life in a way I didn’t think was possible. I have been taught new skills in an environment of deep compassion. The group setting also provides a safe space to be open and honest about our challenges and there is real strength to be gained from sharing experiences. After a very shaky start which was down to my unwillingness to surrender to my addiction. Once I embraced the challenge and realised that addiction will follow me around like a bad cold forever it kicked me up the backside to take the whole process seriously. You really do only get put what you are prepared to put in. This team are caring compassionate and are just an awesome family that look after you throughout your journey. Ian was my son’s lifesaver as well as mine he helped my son get free of drugs and the care was second to none. Ian has changed my son’s life as well as my own as I have my son back. He was a drug addict with a drink problem for 20 years since Ian’s programme he doesn’t drink anymore and not touched drugs.
