The care and support I have received here is amazing . I always feel listened to and treated with the utmost respect. All the staff are vey friendly and are always never too busy to be there to assist me with any of my needs . The ward has a wonderful ,homely atmosphere and I think of it with great fondness always as my safe place. I can honestly say that Highlands has literally saved my life and given me the confidence and tools to move forward with my life ,which at times is extremely challenging. My experience with Orri has been fantastic. From the moment I walked through the door, I was made to feel welcome. The entire team have been professional, accommodating and genuinely exceptional in the quality of care provided. The environment feels safe and very pro-recovery; I feel Orri have definitely been instrumental in enabling my recovery and allowing me to feel heard at every stage of my treatment. I’ve been especially impressed with how the staff have facilitated open dialogue and owned mistakes when they’ve been made. Without doubt, Orri has saved my life.
