It was a very nice, discreet and conveniently located clinic.
The staff here are unmatched ! From the reception to all the members of staff. It appears that there’s a healthy and fun relationship amongst the staff. You can tell that they enjoy what they do . First impressions of Schoen Clinic were 10/10 and that has never dipped.
Emma has been an exceptional family therapist and a true gift to our family. From the first session, she created a safe, supportive, and welcoming space where everyone felt seen and valued. Her empathy, insight, and patience are remarkable, and she has a rare ability to bring clarity and calm even to the most difficult conversations. The impact of her work has been profound and lasting, and we cannot recommend her highly enough.
Although initially anxious about disclosing the challenges we have contained for so long, being at the Schoen Clinic put at us ease and providing us with access to Emma essentially saved us. We will forever be grateful.
I’ve had a very positive experience with Schoen Clinic. The team is supportive, professional and committed to patient wellbeing. What stands out most is their joined-up, holistic approach — doctors and therapists work collaboratively to ensure care is thoughtful, coordinated and tailored to the individual. The combination of medication management and therapy feels seamless rather than separate, which makes a real difference to progress and overall support. I’ve always felt listened to, cared for and treated as a whole person, not just a set of symptoms. I would highly recommend the clinic to anyone seeking comprehensive mental health care.
My care at this clinic has been outstanding and I would recommend it to anyone needing expert psychiatric support for complex trauma. The service is psychiatry-led, with the consultant coordinating treatment plans and supervising input from psychology, occupational therapy, group therapy and trauma modalities including EMDR, DBT, CBT and embodied psychotherapy. This ensured that care was coherent rather than fragmented. I initially attended four in-person sessions per week and have now safely transitioned to monthly. The team have specialist expertise in workplace bullying, institutional power dynamics and identity-related trauma, which is unusual to find. The level of understanding and clinical leadership has made a meaningful difference to my recovery, and I could not recommend the service more highly.
The Schoen Clinic initially felt like a very scary place, but it has since become a genuine safe space for me. From the moment you arrive, the staff are kind, welcoming, and make you feel truly cared for. The level of support I’ve experienced here is unlike anything I’ve known before. I have never felt more supported in my life. Dr Masud is an outstanding psychiatrist — compassionate, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in patient care. The clinic itself is clean, calm, and lovely, which makes a huge difference to how safe and settled you feel during

When a beloved pet dies, the grief can feel as deep and overwhelming as losing a human family member. For many people, pets are not "just animals”, they’re companions, confidants, and cherished members of the family. They witness our everyday lives, offer unconditional love, and become entwined in the very fabric of our emotional world. So when the time comes to say goodbye, it can feel as though a piece of us is missing. Yet, in a society that often underestimates pet bereavement, many grieving

Have you ever caught yourself saying, "I’ve got my walls up"?
