I’m also really grateful for the time I had with Lorraine Green. She supported me through 1:1 psychoeducation and the ACT group, and the work we did honestly helped me look at myself and my life in a much deeper way exploring root causes, patterns and my overall emotional wellbeing. What stood out to me was how deeply we were able to go. We explored my life, my boundaries, my thinking patterns, and everything I was carrying at the time. Lorraine’s integrative, non-judgemental, and focus helped me become more self-aware while offering practical tools. I had a lot on my plate, but working with her helped me come out of that process with more understanding, more self-acceptance, and a better relationship with my neurodivergence. She helped me reflect, challenge patterns, and make sense of things in a way that felt thoughtful and grounding. I’m genuinely thankful for her support. If you are looking for someone who will help you dive beneath the surface and understand yourself more deeply, Lorraine made a real difference for me.
