Emma has been charged with my care since June 2025, I have seen remarkable improvement with my health, consultations and treatments are clear and effective. Emma is a great communicator, really skilled at unpacking issues and risk, acting promptly on any issues raised. it has been an overwhelmingly positive experience which has significantly improved my mental health!
Emma has been an exceptional family therapist and a true gift to our family. From the first session, she created a safe, supportive, and welcoming space where everyone felt seen and valued. Her empathy, insight, and patience are remarkable, and she has a rare ability to bring clarity and calm even to the most difficult conversations. The impact of her work has been profound and lasting, and we cannot recommend her highly enough.
Emma is immense! We have gone from a family embroiled in chaos to one which has managed to work its way through a mire and find some calm and unity. We would not have been able to achieve this without the direction, and guidance of Emma. She held our hand all the way and has brought us to a place where we can once again communicate and find solutions together, but more importantly, enjoy family life again. Emma is compassionate, professional, knowledgeable, experienced and so skilled. We will forever be grateful to her for all that she has done to rescue us.
Working with Emma has been genuinely life changing. From the first session, she created a space that felt warm, safe and completely free of judgement. Her ability to really listen and see you makes you feel understood and supported, even when discussing difficult topics. Emma offers invaluable perspective in a way that feels gentle and empowering, helping you see things more clearly without ever feeling overwhelmed. It’s rare to find someone who combines such deep professional insight with real human kindness. What makes her especially unique is her thoughtful use of humour. She has an amazing gift to know when to bring in humour at just the right time to lighten heavier moments and ensure sessions feel both productive and human. If you’re looking for a therapist who is insightful, supportive, and wholeheartedly invested in creating a safe space for growth, I cannot recommend Emma highly enough.
Emma helped me manage my depression which I’ve lived with for many years. She’s calm , a good listener and very compassionate . She helped me understand myself and grow. I was stuck in patterns for years. I’ve returned to work, I’m back in contact with friends , I’be connected to the world again. Therapy isn’t easy but it’s worth it
I felt safe, heard and seen by Emma from our first session. Emma has helped me find the depth within myself, that I thought wasn’t possible and I am really happy I can call her my therapist. She’s an amazing person first and foremost and amazing at her job.
I was referred to Emma after my leukaemia diagnosis as I was struggling with severe anxiety throughout my treatment. Emma was instrumental in guiding myself and my wife through all the obstacles that my treatment threw in our way. Emma provided the right tools to keep us focused on getting through my treatment, and it was always done with a smile on her face. I would highly recommend Emma to anyone undergoing similar treatment.
I was recommended to see Emma after being diagnosed with PTSD, specifically for EMDR therapy, and I will be forever grateful for that recommendation. When I first met Emma, I could barely string a sentence together - I was completely distraught, experiencing night terrors, and heavily medicated to be able to sleep. From our very first session, Emma made me feel incredibly safe, creating a warm and trusting environment where I finally felt I wasn’t alone in this journey. The EMDR therapy had a profound impact and I was able to come off my sleeping medication, sleep through the night, and the night terrors completely stopped. EMDR helped me process my memories in a way that removed their overwhelming emotional intensity. The memories didn’t vanish, but they lost their grip on me and I could finally sit with them without feeling completely overtaken by pain. I truly didn’t believe I’d ever feel like myself again, but Emma helped me find my way back. While no therapist can undo the past, she helped me reclaim parts of myself I thought were gone for good. I’m deeply grateful for her compassion, skill, and presence, and I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone seeking support through therapy.
Fantastic experience with Emma, she has made a big difference to my daughter and her recovery. We can’t recommend her highly enough
Emma truly is an angel! I never ever thought I could get to the place I am at now, mentally she has worked wonders on my self confidence, mind frame. Thinking and so much more she’s given me tools to cope with things that arise and also understand why I was stuck in the ways I was before too. I truly understand myself now better than ever and Emma has helped me unpack my issues and past. I cannot thank her enough and her expertise are just incredible I would only hope that everyone can experience Emma’s true skills and see how wonderful she is. I cried happy tears on my last session, her compassion is just so heart warming I always felt comfortable, heard and understood with Emma.
