Friendly and efficient reception. No waiting. Helpful nursing staff. Exemplary.

The medical staff were all very professional and friendly. My only one area of slightly less impressed is that of the reception staff. Upon each visit a large group of staff are stood behind reception chatting about plans for the evening etc, leaving people waiting where not needed. Not a major issue but not a great first impression.

Overall, all the staff are very good and friendly

The nurses cared for me really well and all the staff were very good .
