Efficient professional timely and friendly

The hospital was very good, the room was nice and the staff could not do enough for you. I felt very well looked after. Whenever I have had an appointment they are on time.

The Hospital is efficiently run and clean and welcoming. The only downside was the postponement of my operation from 7 to 21 March because a machine had broken down.

No reception staff to work the doors what the hell

The Priory North London has saved my life! I have so much gratitude to every councillor, consultant, therapist, doctor, nurse, every ward staff member, catering, maintenance, the cleaning staff and receptionist. Each and every person has shown me such empathy and kindness. The admin staff are prompt with queries, any my Dr is very empathetic, engaging and I’m very happy to be under their care.

Everything was excellent from the nursing to the food and especially the phsio.
