Very professional , reassuring & kind I felt I was in safe hands

I am very grateful to Mr Abbassi-Ghadi for his skill and care in treating me for a troublesome gallbladder. He explained the procedure clearly, what to expect afterwards and generally put me at my ease. The operation went very well; I experienced very little post operative discomfort and was back to normal activities within four weeks, which was excellent. I cannot recommend Mr Abbassi-Ghadi highly enough, thank you very much!

From consultation to surgery and follow-up, Mr Griffiths was absolutely excellent throughout. The procedure was explained in full, the surgery was very successful with minimal recovery time and the service (and the hospital) provided was First Class A* level. DR Sala is one of the best Dr's I have ever come across. She is very polite, kind and caring. She has always been updating me and my mum about everything happening. She dealt with my mums case with such high effort. She knows her job very well and mostly above this she knows how to treat people with upmost respect and dignity. I am so thankful that it was her who has my mums case.

This was the second time being treated for Mr Thomas - each time for completely separate complaints. Exactly like the first time, the care provided was excellent. Each appointment and on the day of surgery, time was taken to explain everything and answer questions that I had. Options were always given to me when possible, and fully explained, and I really felt I was involved in my care throughout. I couldn’t recommend Mr Thomas highly enough.
