I went to see Prof Tan regarding a swelling in my tummy which I thought was a hernia. I was called in by Prof Tan at exactly the time of my appointment, and his professionalism and knowledge was very clear. In the end it turns out it was not a hernia but just some weak tummy muscles. I felt completely reassured from the appointment with Prof Tan and I would definitely recommend his service.

Honestly, my experience with Mr Karamanakos was amazing from the first consultation right through to the aftercare. He really went above and beyond for me and I'm so grateful to him. He was really approachable and very informative. He had his work cut out with me as I was quite poorly and he took his time to really review my case and kept me informed about everything that was happening. He's given me back my life and freedom. I can't thank you enough. My operation was abandoned by another surgeon previously as they said it was very complex but Mr Karamanakos was able to do it which I was so happy about. Thank you again.
