Patients frequently highlight his exceptional surgical skill in performing gallbladder removal, including complex laparoscopic cholecystectomies and liver resections, often with rapid recoveries. His diligent pre-operative explanations and outstanding post-operative care, including direct follow-up calls, ensure successful outcomes and patient confidence. Great surgeon, excellent bedside manner, very accessible and responsive. Absolutely wonderful and highly recommend.
I recently had my gallbladder removal surgery with Prof Frampton at Cromwell Hospital, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. He explained everything clearly and arranged my surgery quickly, which put my mind at ease. The robotic cholecystectomy went smoothly, and I'm recovering well two weeks post-op. He also checked in with a phone call follow-up and a face-to-face appointment two weeks after surgery - really appreciated the thorough care. Would definitely recommend Prof Frampton.
I underwent gall bladder removal surgery with Professor Frampton just over two months ago and the procedure was successful. The surgery itself went smoothly and my recovery has been good. I’m grateful that everything was handled efficiently and professionally, and I’m now feeling well again. I appreciate the surgical expertise and the care taken during the procedure and follow-up. Thank you to Professor Frampton and his secretary Sarah who was great at replying back to any queries I had.
The surgical removal of my Inguinal Hernia was explained and performed expertly.
I had surgery in November at New Victoria Hospital for multiple abdominal hernias under Professor Frampton after seeking a second opinion, and I’m very glad I did. From the first consultation, he was friendly and reassuring, took the time to explain everything clearly, and answered all my questions, which put me at ease after a previous, less positive experience elsewhere. On the day of surgery, he came to see me beforehand and talked everything through again, which I really appreciated. The surgery itself went extremely well, using a no-mesh technique, and I was honestly surprised by how quickly I recovered. I had minimal pain and was back to normal activities within a week. I am now two months post-op and so far the hernias have stayed closed. I am able to do activities that would previously have caused me pain, which has made a huge difference to my day-to-day life. At my follow-up appointment, Professor Frampton was pleased with how well I’d healed and again took time to answer my questions. I felt listened to, well cared for, and very confident in his expertise throughout the whole process.

I'm so pleased how smoothly everything went and that you are doing so well! Thank you so much for your positive feedback!
I would not hesitate in recommending Prof. Frampton to others. He recently carried out a successful inguinal hernia repair on me at the Nuffield hospital in Guildford. I had consulted him a few weeks beforehand. He explained the procedure to me and was friendly, professional and reassuring throughout. I saw him again a couple of weeks post-op. when he examined me to check that I was healing as expected, and answered my questions. The staff and facilities at the Nuffield in Guildford also merit a mention. Each and every one of them was first class in their care of me.
Excellent all round experience. At my first consultation,Adam confirmed diagnosis, laid out my options, and then his team made all the necessary arrangements for laparoscopic cholecystectomy at The New Victoria. The surgery was more straightforward than I had expected, and the recovery quicker. From first consultation to final follow up I found Professor Frampton to be professional, clearly very skilled, but also friendly and approachable. Highly recommended .
I recently had my gallbladder removed by Mr. Adam Frampton at the Cromwell Hospital, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the very first consultation, he was exceptionally informative, taking the time to explain every step of the procedure and putting me completely at ease. On the day of surgery, his calm, confident manner reassured me that I was in the best possible hands. The operation itself was flawless, and my recovery has been smooth and trouble‑free — a testament to Mr. Frampton’s first‑class surgical skill. I’m genuinely grateful for his expertise and care. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing this procedure.

The surgery itself went smoothly, and the post-operative care was excellent. Prof. Frampton also took the time to explain the final histology results clearly.
